One fun project we could work together is editing the clip shows if they ever come out. I imagine it's going to be a 2 hour slog of stilted dialog and overly long clips but we could cut it down to an hour and replace any poor clip choices. The best part is that the final scene of the clip show actually takes place after s9e26 and ends on "Best Friends Until The End of Time" and can be re purposed as an after credits scene.
I propose we remove that reused song and replace it with the unused "My Little Pony Friends" or "My Little Pony Girls." Here we could have a little fun either making a PMV or a rolling credits sequence with vector, show style fanart of the present day mane 6's endings.

You reminded me of something. Maybe I'm completely wrong, I've read lots of notes and emails these days, and I didn't pay much attention to the epilogue specifically, but this was so stupid that it caught my attention.
If I recall correctly, they originally wanted a scene about this, some exposition about how she got bigger because of her new role as a real princess, but they discarded it because they decided that it was obvious. Something like, it's not that all the unicorns grow that much, it's that she got to be Celestia 2.0 because she's the ruler of Equestria now, but we don't have to explain this because everyone already knows it. It was baffling to read how something that imo doesn't make any sense was considered too obvious to even deserve an explanation.
Again, I don't recall the exact note, I'm not going to read everything again to find it, but maybe someone can confirm it, or screencapped it, or something.
