We could get into an argument about what fascism is actually about, but since I'm really sleepy I'll just cut to my flag policy on fascism.
Even though "italian fascism" was anti-clerical for the most part and, before the German Alliance, also had no interest in genetics, I am willing to consider each national case when looking for a flag. For example, the Silver Legion as well as Brazilian Integralism were spiritual, as opposed to, say, Italian and Arab fascism, but I still consider them all in all fascists in game terms.
The thing with the KKK is that they differ too much from even the most lax definitions of fascism (without using outright wrong definitions) and there are already better alternatives, like the Silver Legion. Furthermore, I've already rejected using Franco's flag for Spain and used a more Falange central one, and there was another example in which I did something similar but I can't remember right now.
Anyway, bottom line is, I really disagree with you saying that the KKK were fascist, specially if your main reasoning for that is them being concerned about race and religion.
