Whenever Narr uses Telekinesis, it can be to create fire that he can move and control as well as use the fire already there. He can do the same with air, water, and earth, controlling and moving them. He has a few unique skills involving one or more of the elements. All of this is as the cost of Narr’s last remaining skill point. Alignment(Optional): H/W: 5/5   Racials:         Avatar’s Tattoos(Unicorn Catalyst): Narr has black tattoos over his body         Bending(Unicorn Telekinesis): spell; ALTERED BY TALENT; Can bend the elements.         Burrowing: Diamond Dogs can dig tunnels and holes with ease, setting traps, moving unseen and fleeing in unexpected directions.     Skills:         Air Bending(Air Elementalist/TK): Can control the air and use it to knock enemies back, giving them DC+1 to their next actions on success and leaving them helpless on 9+.         Earth Bending(Earth Elementalist/TK): Can control the earth. Striking enemies with rock has just the effect you would expect, hitting harder. +1 hit dealt. +2 on nat crit.         Water Bending(Water Elementalist/TK): Can control water. Water flows around enemies and through armor, allows use of cleave and attacks with this element ignore armor.         Fire Bending(Fire Elementalist/TK): Can create and control fire. Fire can leave a DoT on targets, dealing 1 hit every turn for roll-5 turns including the one where you attacked.                 ELEMENTAL SKILLS HE COULD LEARN:                 Land Surf: Lift a slab of earth from the ground and ride on it, moving it through a combination of air and earth bending. Can be taken to the water but if is stopped on the water, unless taking turns to hold it afloat, it will sink.
