From the egg, the owl pony came out. The mother owl fed her until she reached such size it was impossible for the supporting branch of the nest to maintain The mother owl came back to see the scene and decided that monster was no longer her business Since then, the half-breed learned how to hunt, eat and fly in the everfree forest, away from civilization Until she found the apple orchard from Sweet Apple Acres. The owl pony ate both parents completely (as owls do to later puke the skeletons of their victims)   The red parent was the mother of Big Mac, Applejack and was holding her last daughter, Applebloom, wrapped in white blankets. She was able to hid her before being eaten.   Then the story seems to still be happening in the past, but in reality it's Applejack's dream remembering that very same day.   When Applejack sees the stars dissappear, it's actually the half-breed as it rises to the roof of the barn to hunt her mother. A while then she has an ominous feeling and hears Applebloom cry. She goes down to check on her parents only to found Applebloom on the floor hidden behind some bushes. The red spots found on the blanket and Applebloom's face was from the blood of her mother, when the owl-pony killed her with its claws and ate it, it made quite a mess.   Then she wakes up, looks at the window and realises she has had that dream again She still feels the pain from her loss so she cries herself to sleep as she always does after such nightmare   The last bit we see in our story is an image of two large yellow owl eyes which is actually a memory of Applejack when she was looking thorugh the window as a kid. She didn't notice it at the moment but she did saw the owl eyes as the owl-pony flew to the roof. And she remembers them once in a while, usually i nthe end of her nightmares and it echoes in her 'till morning.   That'd be why she hated so much half-breeds in certain story some threads ago.
