Title: I finally get around playing Demon's Souls: Part 6 Author: IGISLAWSG Pastebin link: http://pastebin.com/t5napwBU First Edit: Wednesday 20th of April 2016 06:38:21 AM CDT Last Edit: Wednesday 20th of April 2016 06:38:21 AM CDT Tonight on Demon's Souls: No respect for giant dragons. Having died to explosion spam in a play session we won't talk about, this time I was in no mood for messing around. I ran straight past 80% of 2-2 before pausing in front of the fog gate. Consuming a Stone of Ephemeral Eyes and making sure I had 40 Full Moon Grasses in my pockets, I faced down Flamelurker. I proceeded to fat-roll like an insane murder hobo and avoid every explosion. Who ever said fat rolling is bad? Actually, everyone says that including me, I'm just awesome. This time there was no quarter given and in short order the Red Hot Demon was pummeled into Souls. Now here was a true prize. But I would need something extra to go with it. Back to 4-1 and Sparkly the Crow. My offering of a Talisman of God as accepted in trade for a Colourless Demon Soul. This is what we call a good deal. Back to 2-1 and I handed over both new Souls and bettered the Large Sword of Moonlight to +1. Sadly this would not aid me against my next target, though it did prove effective at stopping Crystal Lizards in a single blow. And then it was time to face down an Arch Demon. To world 2-3 I went. And I was promptly dragon punched into mush. By then I'd figured out the proper timing and the so called Dragon God was soon tied down. Literally so, with arm thick cables and giant spears. Even with the Ring of Fire Resistance equipped I was in no mood to experience face melting halitosis and so I stood above on a ledge, looking down my nose at the demon as I shot it in the jaw until it expired. Soul and loot in hand I returned home. Then I made a detour to do some shopping and increase my Halberd to +7 and my Compound Short Bow from +5 to +7 and then into the famed Lava Bow. Embarrassingly enough I'm 4 points of dexterity short of using it properly which will be a good 70-80 thousand souls but that's what murdering sorcerers is for. Back in the Nexus no one was impressed that I'd put down an Arch Demon. The Depressed Soldier included. Having had more than enough of his griping I smooshed him and took his soul. It's not even a good one. What a ripoff.
