Your character has several stats, which are set at the beginning when you access the mirror. A 0 in a stat simply means you are not above average for your race in said stat. Players will receive 5 stat points to distribute accordingly.   Physique - A measure of your overall physical ability and dexterity. Insight - A measure of your overall mental capacity and resistance to mind altering effects Charisma - A measure of your overall social interaction skills and your ability to perceive nuances in communication.   The stats are used for battle calculations, but each race has differing nuances in characteristics. Stats can aid characteristic rolls.   The characteristics are as follows   Physique - Strength, Dexterity, Vitality Insight - Wisdom, Constitution, Technique Charisma - Diplomacy, Intimidation, Bluff   Each characteristic is used to measure a task at hand.   Strength - Physical attacks and physical damage resistance.   Dexterity - The ability to perform dexterous tasks or tasks requiring great care in physical execution.   Vitality - Hitpoints as well as the capacity to endure strenuous activity.   Wisdom - Overall knowledge of the existence or history of a concept as well as possible solutions for problems.   Constitution - magical damage resistance, status attack resistance, and the ability to act while intoxicated or under foreign control.   Technique - The knowledge and ability to perform tasks requiring specific execution such as spells or special attacks.   Diplomacy - The capacity to understand and discern the underlying intentions of both magical and physical entities, as well as the ability to negotiate with creatures..   Intimidation - Physical appearance or ability to change appearance to elicit fear or compliance in others.   Bluff - The ability to outright lie or deceive others with ease and efficiency, both through rhetoric and body language.
