Chapter 6   >You shift in your bed once, and open your eyes. >The bright sunlight is hurting your eyes, like a bad hangover. >Actually- >You quickly rush to the bathroom, and holding your mouth. >You duck over a toilet bowl and throw up. >As you gurgle out your half-digested food, you swear vengeance on Pinkie. >That explains a lot for what happened last night. >Funny, you felt fine. >You groan audibly, before flushing down the bile, not even giving it a second look. >You trudge out back to your bed, arms hunched forward. >You honestly felt like shit. >You slip into the covers, until something cold touches your leg. >You lazily reach in, and grab the hard shape. >You quickly pull it out, still too tired to deal with anything. >You pull out an empty wine bottle. “Meeeeeh.” >You ignore the possible implications and throw it over your shoulders. >You bury your face in the soft pillow, and take in the scent of your own shampoo. >You turn over to the unoccupied side of your double bed. >Still with eyes closed, you reach out to grab the other pillow. >Once you feel something soft, you immediately pull it close. >You had a terrible habit of hugging something in your sleep. >You feel four points tugging at your body, and you slowly open your eyes (again). >”Good morning, Anonymous!” >Luna smiles. >You can smell the stench of alcohol in her mouth. >You cringe. “Meeeeeeh.” >You turn over to the other side of the bed, and leave Luna behind. >Your feet touch the cold floor, and the lukewarm liquid on it. >You look down to see more vomit. >You turn to Luna, and she gives you a sheepish smile. >Back to your feet, and then eyes to the bathroom. “Meeeeeeh.” >You grab the brush, and start scrubbing your back. >You lazily drag it over to your face, scratching it with all of the soapy goodness. >Blueberry scented body wash, who would have known. >You step under the warm water to rinse it off, and then you feel a poke on your back. >You wipe your face with your hand, and turn your head over. >Surprise, surprise, it’s Luna. >She grins again. >You sigh, before applying some more body wash to the brush again. >You give Luna a single scrub on the face, before going out. “Meeeeeh.” “Don’t forget to save the hot water.” >You go outside, with a towel around your waist. >You pick out your boxers and throw it to the bed. >You sling out a pair of dark jeans from your wardrobe, and throw it to the bed. >That pair of pants took way to long just to get it right. >Damn these frilly cloth designers. >You pull out a shirt, and throw it over to the bed. >There, a set to complete the day. >After a few minutes, Luna steps out of the bathroom, warm mist quickly filling the room. >It would have been hot if she was human, but ponies are naked all the time. >Nope. >”Anonymous, I-“ >You throw the towel over her face, obscuring her view. >You take your clothes, and stride into the bathroom. >SHE GOT THE ENTIRE FLOOR WET “Meh.” >You sigh once again and quickly put on your clothes.   >”Enjoying the breakfast, Anonymous?” >Celestia takes a bite of a banana. >You slowly raise your head from your soup. “MEEEH.” >”That bad?” >You look around, watching for any sign of that blue she-devil. >Coast is clear. “She. Won’t. Fucking. Leave. Me. Alone.” >Celestia ‘Ohh’s in a sympathetic manner, before sipping her tea. >”I’m sorry Anonymous, but this is how it must be for a while, without you around her, Nightmare Moon will return.” “What about that Elements of Harmony crap?” >Celestia laughs. >”Oh, I’m sure they’re busy. Besides-“ >She has her smile again. >That wicked, evil smile. >”It’s cute to see my sister finally have someone to dote over.” “The deviiiiiil.” You say under your breath. >Wait, where is that- >”SURPRISE!” Luna jumps to you. >Your breathing stops for a while.   >Anonymous fell to his back, tongue drooping out of his mouth. >Celestia slowly trots over, and gives your arm a little kick. >You don’t respond. >”You gave him a heart attack, sister.” >Luna jumps, and starts hopping around. >”OHMYCELESTIAOHMYCELESTIA WHAT SHOULD I DOOOO” >Celestia sighs and rolls her eyes, before her horn starts glowing.   >”Am I boring you?” >You shake your head, as if getting up from a sleep. “Huh? No, not at all.” >You look around, finding yourself in a street-side café. >You’re sitting on an outdoor table, table for two, specifically. >Round, wooden table, chairs too. >The wood part, not the round. >You see Luna in her strange dress, that teal shirt. >Is- is that a red flower on her mane? >”As I was saying…” >”SHE DOTES YOU” >Celestia suddenly pops out of a passing carriage, and the voice circles around you, like an echo. >Your eyes lose focus over the words. >DOTEEEEEEEEEEEEEE >”DOTEEEEEE” >You see Luna circling you, her head always faced to you. >”DOTE DOTE DOTE DOTE DOTE DOTE DOTE DOTE” >You do what you are meant to do. >Scream like a bitch. >”DOOOOOOOTTTTTEEEEE” “AAAAARGH” >Your arms shoot up, and your legs go twang. >You see Luna and Celestia looking down on you, both sisters’ face full of shock. >You cough a few times, and get to your feet. “W-what happened?” >”Luna gave you a heart attack.” >You rest a hand to the table, and balance yourself on it. “Again?” >”Sorry…” >Luna shrinks a bit, but her excited look is still there. >A demon, you tell to yourself. >Celestia is almost laughing, containing her dreadful noise in her mouth.   >You are walking down a hallway, right side lined with long windows. >Pillars flank the spaces between the windows. >The other wall is simply blank. >A beige colored blank. >You follow a red carpet, set on the center of the room. >”So, what are we doing today?” Luna skips next to you. >You sigh. “No idea. What do you have?” >”I was thinking of a date to the local café.” “Uh–huh.” >”And you can help me raise the moon later!” “Brilliant.” >Luna happily ignored your comments, and skipped to the large door. >You shuffle out to the sunlight, getting the full glimpse of the bright city, Canterlot. >Your arms are still hunched forward, as you take in the cold mountain air. >That helped you to cheer up. >You pocket your hands, as you follow the ever-happy Luna. >Day five, you suppose. >Five days of Luna trying to get you. >Ever since the last episode, Celestia made you move to Canterlot. >Five days since you were the bastion to Luna’s sanity. >Five days of demi-god doting over you. >Five days of hell. “Oh, go be Luna’s boyfriend, Anonymous, that would be SUPER fun.” >You mockingly mouth out Pinkie’s words. >Celestia let them return to Ponyville after day two, thinking you alone is enough. >Seriously, you can’t even cook. >Why would the ponies be so trusting to leave the fate of their world on your hands? >Guards happily greet you as you pass them, and you simply nod. >You can see them whispering among themselves, those treacherous bastards. >They always end up giggling to each other, pointing at you. >You hated that. >Ever since high-school. >Damn you, Freddy. >Luna picks a café by the main road, with a nice view over the expensive carriages. >It’s like she was trying to tell you something. >”Am I boring you?” >You shake yourself from your self-induced stupor, and look to Luna. >Déjà vu. >At least she didn’t have her dress with her. “Huh? No, not at all. Go Moon team, rah.” >You grin innocently, and take a sip of your tea. >Luna pouts before going into her stories again. >Boy isn’t she talkative.   >You grab a reclining chair, and set it up outside of the balcony. >You also took a small candle, and placed it on the balcony railings. >It was thick enough, adorned with fancy carvings on the hard stone- and yet wide and tough enough for you to lean on it. >Luna trotted next to you and sat down, looking longingly at you. >”Come on.” “No.” >”Please?” “Uh-uh.” >And then you see a small flicker in her form, slowing the slit eyes. >You almost jump off the balcony, and quickly rush to Luna’s side. “I-I mean of course!” You smile awkwardly as you crouch in front of her. >You scratch the back of her ear, and she purrs contently. >She then comes over to the sight of the sunrise, and her horn starts to glow. >She clenches her eyes shut, and tries hard. >You see the sun fading away, but it stops half-way. >You turn to Luna, who was visibly sweating. >She panted, out of energy. >”Anon?” “Yes?” >”Could you hold me while I raised the moon?” “Fine.” >You step off the chair and sit on the floor, right next to Luna. >You drape an arm over her back, and pull her close. >She blushes, before her horn lights up again. >And suddenly, the moon is up in a blink of an eye. >”Thanks!” She says happily, giving you a peck on the cheek. >What was that? >Power of love, baby. >Oh don’t even start it, Anon. >The two of slip into each designated side of the bed, and pull the covers at the same time. >Luna immediately snuggles next to you, wrapping around the closest arm. >”I really like you, Anon.” She whispers. >She sighs happily, before nodding off. >You can’t sleep, and find yourself staring at the ceiling. >A pony goddess just told you she liked you. >Why must you choose to be an elitist now? >You don’t do ponies. >You turn to see the mare, smiling in her dreams. >She looks so happy to be with you. >And you just can’t return that feeling. >You just feel like an ass now. >You turn your gaze back to the empty ceiling, and sigh. >And yet you need to fake it all for the sake of everyone.   >Everyone.   >And her.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-07xfeR5kQk
