>Bright Sky groaned loudly as he walked to where his beginner's map pointed him. >His fellow cadet, Lucky Catch, glumly followed him. >Both cadets were chewed out by their superiors for different "unguardly" acts. >Bright had run off to catch a hoofball game with his friends, leaving his superior, High Noon, alone on patrol. >Lucky, despite his name, had been caught sneaking extra rations out of the mess hall. >Bright could still remember High Noon's nagging voice: "Do you not want to guard Equestria and her leaders? Lollygagging leads to vulnerable spots in the castle." >Yap yap yap. >Bright had heard enough from his superior. >So what were he and Lucky assigned to do as punishment? >Pool duty. >They had to be lifeguards, in a sense. >Whether or not it was a stray staff member who wanted to go for a dip, or even a ghost town, Bright and Lucky would have to stand there. >For an entire shift. >Eight hours of nothing. >It was going to be killer on the young guards, who were much more accustomed to the adrenaline boosted thrills of catching criminals. >The cadets, who had reached the door to the pool, solemnly pushed their way through to their likely deaths by boredom. >Silent, they took their positions by the pool, uniform and neat, and began their shifts. >The sun shined on the water, creating a gleam on the pool's surface. >All around, it was silent, the private pool a good distance away from the mainland. >Not a soul was seen in the water. >It was going to be a long day.   >The clock struck fourteen-hundred, four hours after the start of the shift. >Bright had to catch himself from dozing off numerous times, at one point almost falling into the pool. >Lucky merely stared at the ever moving water, deep in thought. >"What if we're all just pawns of a greater force?" >Bright snapped awake from another doze at Lucky's voice. >"...what?" >"What if life's just a test? I mean, really, what's the point of being here?" >Bright frowned, perplexed. >"Uh...to guard the pool?" >"No, not here at the pool. I mean, in the world." >"I...don't know?" >Before Lucky could continue on his philosophical tangent, the two guards heard something they didn't expect. >The sound of a creaking door. >But what was more stunning was that it didn't come from behind them. >The guards looked in front of them to see who came out of the princess' only side of the outdoor locker rooms. >Princess Celestia. >And she...she was wearing an interesting garb. >What looked like two strips of cloth were strapped around her body. >One around her breast, the other on her pelvis, complete with holes for her legs and tail. >Her crown and regalia were nowhere to be found. >"What is she wearing?" Bright whispered to Lucky. >"Oh, I think it's something that Anon guy told her about. Said it was 'human swimwear' or something." >Bright scoffed. "She does anything he tells her if it has to do with humans." >The sun princess hummed merrily as she brought a towel with her and laid it out. >That's when she noticed the guards. >"Oh, hello gentlecolts. Don't mind me, I'm just overdue for a bit of a sunbath and a quick dip. I shouldn't be long," she finished with a smile and a wink. >Celestia gently straightened out the towel on the concrete, then laid on her back on the towel, soaking up her sun's rays. >Both cadets' eyes were suddenly glued on her form. >"What is it about that garment that makes her so much more...attractive?" Bright asked his fellow guard. >"Her...midriff?" >Bright pondered on Lucky's words. >"I...yeah, I can see that," he said, staring directly at her stomach. >The young guard could feel himself get excited just looking at her belly, which was accentuated by the pieces of cloth she was wearing. >As she lie in the sun, the guards were suddenly no longer bored. >Her eyes closed, her body slowly moving up and down as she breathed, her position, her long, slender legs. >She would occasionally turn around and lie on her stomach, giving the guards a nice view of her toned back and the top of her rear. >Then she would flip back over, and her midriff returned to view. >It was...tantalizing. >The princess clenched her hooves together and stretched outwards, her belly becoming all the more visible with her movements. >Lucky hyperventilated. >"I-I can't do this, Bright! I might do something I'll regret!" >"Calm down, Lucky. You can look, but don't touch. Even I'm not willing to face those consequences." >Lucky pressed his hooves together nervously, his eyes still on Celestia's stomach. >"Y-you don't understand. I..." He leaned in close to Bright and whispered. "I have a belly fetish." >Bright frowned. "Alright, alright, just...turn around or something. I'll tell you when you can look again." >"You'll have to turn me around yourself." >"Why?" >"I can't move. I'm too into her belly." >Bright shook his head, then grabbed his comrade by the barrel, lifting him up and turning around as best as he could. >"There," Bright said as he set his comrade down, "now you're safe." >*SPLASH!* >Bright and Lucky both turned back to the pool, watching as Celestia swam about in the water. >The parts of her mane above water dripped, but continued to move in their odd, flowing motion. >This didn't make it any less sexy for the guards, who were entranced by the display. >She whipped her mane back and forth, getting it out of her face and splashing the area around her. >What didn't get out of her face she moved with her hooves, sliding them across her scalp in an almost straining-like motion, her eyes closed and her coat shiny from the water and the sunlight. >Once she was satisfied with her mane, she paddled around in the water, the guards watching as her legs worked gracefully in the pool. >And her plump sun rump. >The odd garment she wore around her bottom just made it so much more eye-catching, especially when she would take a dip underwater, when it would be in the air for just a moment... >Time ground to a halt for the guards whenever her plot stuck out. >The sun's rays shined right on it, the wet garment she wore reflecting light off of itself to create an alluring gleam. >Her wet tail would always find a way to wrap itself around her succulent butt, making it seem exotic. >All the more reason to keep their eyes on the majestic sunbutt. >Then the rump would submerge itself with the rest of her body, and leave the guards begging for more. >Their mouths agape, they completely forgot about their shift altogether as they stared at the sun princess as she swam. >So imagine their surprise when she dunked underwater again, then suddenly resurfaced right in front of them. >"Hello, you two," she said coyly, folding her hooves on the concrete and laying her head in them. >"Puh-p-p-puh-puh-puh-" >"Princess!" Bright finished for Lucky. >She giggled as they tried to compose themselves. >"E-e-e-enjoying your swim?" >"Of course. But from the looks of it, you two are as well." >She smirked at them, her eyes half-lidded. >"A-a-and what makes you say that?" >She shrugged. "Call it a hunch." >Before the guards could reply, Celestia's hoof rose out of the water and booped Bright's nose, making his already red face an even deeper shade of crimson. >She giggled, then sunk back into the depths of the pool, her plot in the air for what seemed to be a longer time than usual. >Bright could've sworn he saw it wiggle teasingly. >Lucky fidgeted with his hooves, then stomped. >"I'm gonna touch it!" >"Don't do it!" >The frisky cadet reached out with his hoof, but the other guard was able to catch him in time to stop the hoof-to-plot contact. >The two tussled on the concrete, one convinced he could touch the sunbutt, the other trying to save him from certain doom. >Before the contact could happen, Celestia's rump once again slowly dipped under the water's surface, and disappeared into the pool's depths. >Lucky looked distraught at the missing sunbutt, his hoof returning to a neutral position. >"I...sorry, Bright." Lucky got up from the ground in shame. "I lost control." >"I'm here for you, buddy." >Celestia reemerged from the water for breath, again whipping her mane. >After she rubbed her eyes, she looked up at the sky and noticed how far the sun had set. >"Oh, look at that. It's getting late." >The princess swam to the ladder closest to the guards and climbed out, using her magic to grab her towel from across the pool. >Drying herself off, the princess approached the guards. >"You know, I wouldn't have minded if you two joined me in the pool." >"What?" the guards asked in unison. >She giggled. "Oh, nevermind. I must say, it's nice to have an audience for my swimming sessions. I'm usually out here alone." >"You do this REGULARLY!?" Lucky asked with obvious fervor. >The princess hummed. "Not regularly per se, but enough that it's become something of a tradition to me." >She finished drying off, not a spot of water left on her. >"D-did you mean what you said about joining you in the pool?" >Celestia wore another coy smile. >"Why not come to the pool next time I swim and find out?" >As the princess walked away, her tail slid under both Lucky and Bright's chins, eliciting a large gulp from the both of them. >Her flanks swayed as she walked back to the princess-only locker room, keeping the guards' attention. >When she finally disappeared behind the locker room door, both cadets snapped out of their trances and looked up in the sky. >"What...what time is it?" Bright asked. >Lucky looked at the clock mounted at the top of the princess' locker room. >"Oh geez, it's six o' clock! If we don't get back to the barracks we're gonna get even more pool duty!" >Both stallions were about to rush back, but then thought on that for a moment. >"You wanna walk back?" Bright asked. >"Peh, forget walking, we should crawl back." >"Agreed."
