>"EEEEEK!" >Cadance's shriek could be heard from several floors below the tower. >"Come on Anonymous, she's not too far now!" Shining ran on ahead, and you were close behind him. >The stairs were long and high, but it didn't slow either of you down. >If fighting through hordes of enemy knights didn't tire you out, running up a few flights of stairs was nothing. >Reaching the top of the tower, Shining rammed through the giant double doors that led to the final room. >Inside, he awaited. >The fiend who had kidnapped the fair Princess Cadance and held her captive in an attempt to force her into marriage with him. >The unicorn, wearing jet-black armor, calmly stroked Cadance's cheek with his hoof. >The tied-up princess struggled, and winced at his touch, but was unable to swat his hoof away. >"So, you've finally arrived," he said in a deep, booming voice, never taking his eyes off of Cadance. >"Shining! Anonymous! Please help me!!!" the princess begged. >Shining stomped his hooves on the ground. "Release my betrothed, and we won't have to battle!" >The stallion across the room laughed evilly, drawing a sword from the sheath on his armor. >"I'm afraid that isn't going to happen, dear boy. You'll have to fight me for her hoof!" >Shining switched to a defensive stance with his sword, as did you, raising your mace and shield up. >The villain lunged at Shining in a flash, and the two clashed swords. >Trying to take advantage of the situation, you moved behind the evil stallion and tried to attack him, but he anticipated your attack and bucked you with his hind legs. >The attack launched you a couple of feet, all the while the two stallions in the room continued blocking each other's swords. >Getting up, you watch the fight unfold and try to find an opening. >The fierce fight raged, but there was no opening to be found. >Shining and the villain were equally matched, parrying every strike they threw. >"Face it child, the princess is mine, and mine alone!" >"You're nothing but a selfish thief!" >They parried once more, but the villain was able to exploit an opening in Shining's stance and slashed him across his shoulder. >Your ally clutched his shoulder in pain, and was shoved to the ground by the villain. >He wouldn't expect a sneak attack from behind this time, would he? >Crouching down, you slowly approach the evil unicorn as he points his sword at Shining's throat. >"Any last words?" >The blade is pushed against your ally's neck, ready to cut it open. >You raised your mace far above the villain's head, and struck him with great force. >Even with a helmet on, the blow is enough to disorient the stallion, giving Shining a chance to push him off and stand up. >Shining forces the villain to the ground, this time his sword ready to slash open the villain's throat. >You make sure the stallion isn't able to fight back by confiscating his sword. >Shining stares menacingly at the villain before speaking, "Now, release the princess from your magic bonds." >The villain, seeing no way out, undoes the spell that shielded the ropes on Cadance. >Shining hands you a magic nullifying ring to put over the villain's horn, and cuffs. >Taking these tools, you secure the villain while Shining runs over to his beloved. >He unties her, and takes her in his hooves. >The couple look each other in the eyes, lovestruck. >"Shining, I knew you would come for me." >"Of course I would, Cadance. I wouldn't leave you for the world." >The two closed their eyes and shared a long, romantic kiss. >The villain only stared at Shining with envy, so you knocked him across the head again to knock him out. >Just a precaution, really. >Once the couple broke their kiss, the world around you fazed out of existence, replaced by Cadance and Shining Armor's bedroom. >The husband and wife still stared into each other's eyes, goofy grins on both of their faces. "So, uh, is that it?" >They came back to their senses and looked at you. >"Oh, uh, yeah. That's the end. Thanks for joining us this time, Anon," the white unicorn told you. "Yeah, it was my pleasure. Really." >So Shining and Cadance liked to have these sessions where she would play damsel in distress, and Shining would save her from whatever danger there was. >They had told you about their several adventures, from Cadance being kidnapped by a dragon to a squid monster thing, to all sorts of other things. >They both liked the session and the roles they played. >Cadance loved being put in danger, and then being rescued by her strong, brave husband. >Shining loved the feeling of being able to successfully rescue his wife. >You were still iffy on whether or not this was a fetish, but it seemed a lot like it. >"So, Anon," Cadance began, "next week we plan on having me captured by another human. Would you be up for playing the villain?" >You shrugged your shoulders. "Sure, why not?" >These horses and their weird fetishes.
