        --- TL;DR Notes ---
 
There will be an IC Council.
 
This Council is composed of 7 Seats:
Agricultural, designed to control creation, rationing, storage, and distribution of food.
Defense, comprised of the Guard and the Justice system, designed to protect and serve the citizens of the town in case of dangers foreign and domestic.
Economic, designed to control trade, distribution, and flow of all currency.
Engineering, designed to forward the state of the town through scientific and magical breakthroughs at a constant pace.
Labor, designed to create, control, and forward all project of labor involving town infrastructure, such as government buildings, roads, residential areas, etc.
Pathfinder, designed to plan, enact, and report all research missions, quests, and scouting data for the town.
State, designed to keep morale high amongst the town and its people through scheduled recreational events and other extra-curricular activities.
 
The Council will meet bi-weekly Saturday nights and discuss further actions, positive or negative, given the preceding weeks.
 
The Council is designed for all Seats to help each other to solve problems instead of independently.
 
Ponies looking to gain a Seat in the Council must first submit a plan as to what they aim to improve in their time there as well as why they are fit for the job, at least more fit than the next guy.
 
There is 3-Strike system in place for inability to at least partially bring about positive change according to your plan due to laziness on your part:
Strike 1: Inability to be voted in for 6 months.
Strike 2: Inability to be voted in for 1 year.
Strike 3: IC prison. You waste our time, we waste yours.
 
The Council Seats remain in power for 3 months before another re-vote is needed.
