With the... nightmare being on the top of the pile of my "reasons to be emotionally distressed", I decided to try to coast by the day with as little social interaction as possible. Especially from Mary, for reasons I put in the last entry. I thought she needed the space.
 
Went to the mines, then tried to visit the smithy. No one was there. (OOC: The request link is broken, I don't know if this is being addressed or not) So I wound up sticking around the Inn most of the day.
 
I told Booze and Curious to forget about anything I said last night and told them to leave me alone. They're my problems. No one has to get involved. Well... I was kinda wrong.
 
I got scared. Truth or Dare came along, and I wound up eventually daring Mary to go out with me. Broke my own rules of the day to do that, but I would have anyway if everything was fine. Brilliant disguise, right? Ultimately, after thinking for a bit, she said no, then told me to join her in the kitchen for a chat. Thanks to this I didn't have to finish my own dare, which was to tell the next pony coming into the inn of my everlasting lust for them. This turned out to be Alt, and Curious allowed me to be dragged away by Mary to avoid completing this.
 
Our conversation was somewhat poignant. She said she didn't take dares like that, but she would help me. Help me, that is, to find a mare that isn't taken. Well... I'm interested. She mentioned her roommate Silent Symbol the other day, and as it would seem, she's planning to match us. Silent, from what I know, works at a greenhouse and is extremely shy, to mares especially. She's another gray unicorn, and that's all I know. Mary and Fox haven't really seen her since she's usually at the greenhouse. Sounds cute, actually.
 
Then I kinda... spilled my guts. Told her about my "issue" and she... was empathetic. If I ever need to clear the air or anything, I just have to talk to her. I'm welcome at her place, too. Which brings up a different matter:
