Talent: Wink: instant, recharge 2; Preordain has access to a spell that allows him to teleport as per the skill, at the cost of not being able to target anything other than himself for said teleportation. Wink also requires a roll every time, unlike Teleport.

He is agreeable, getting along with many and fighting evil-doers wherever he goes.
