  (Free Racial) Pegasus Flight: Pegasi can fly, and get a +1 bonus to actively evade and dodge midair. Flight is about as taxing as running at full speed.
 
  (Racial) Bounce: passive;  You hate spending too much time in one place, and are always itching to fly at a moment’s notice.  Takeoff is instant and automatic.

History: Not much is known about this pony aside from the fact that he came from nowhere and resides in a town full of Capras (Bipedal goats). The only name he gave everybody was "Nonny." Before leaving town in search for a way back to his real home, a friend of his had crafted him a Crossbow and a satchel.
