Item #: SCP-3029   Object Class: Euclid   Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3029 is currently in an otherwise standard cave, henceforth referred to as Site 19-b, located approximately [REDACTED] miles to the north of Site 19. Object is to remain in its cave until a method of planned relocation has been found. Security Personnel armed with non-lethal ordinance are to be stationed at the entrance to SCP-3029’s cavern at all times. The object is to be kept under the influence of a magnetic field with a flux density of at least 127 Wb/m2 when not undergoing testing or exploration as to help prevent a breach in containment.   Task forces armed with non-lethal ordinance may be sent into SCP-3029 when approved by a Researcher with Level 4 Clearance. All electronic equipment carried must be disassembled prior to entry to prevent unnecessary damage to electronic components. Power sources for equipment should be replaced with solar cells as to allow operation within SCP-3029-1.         Description: Object consists of SCP-3029 and SCP-3029-1. Multiple other phenomena have been discovered in SCP-3029-1, and have been designated SCP-3029-2 through SCP-3029-73, with multiple further sub-designations.   SCP-3029 is a small spherical area of space approximately ??? meters in diameter, characterized visually by the refraction of light sources in close proximity and random low emission of blue light. Occasionally images can be observed when looking into SCP-3029, varying by the abnormalities current exit point in SCP-3029-1. Objects viewed so far include:           ? A large white and gold structure. Image faded before observing D-class personnel were able to see detail. Image fading believed to be caused by a shift event located within SCP-3029-1. D/3029/1 and D/3029/2 terminated due to missing amnesiac supplies.           ? A heavily wooded area, characterized by members of the Pinaceae and [REDACTED] families. Observers have been reported to have seen several species of animals native to ?????, Germany. Images were stable until ?/?/19??, in which SCP-3029 underwent a shift event within SCP-3029.           ? [DATA EXPUNGED]           ? Three unknown creatures, of what appear to be members of the Equidae Family. Creatures were of colors not natural to equines, and bore several structures not found naturally. Creatures observed the abnormality, and appeared to notice the researchers viewing them. One attempted entry, and upon arrival was shot and killed by Agent [REDACTED]. Body was taken off site for documentation. Creatures are now referred to as SCP-3029-2. Shift occurred shortly afterwards, in which both locations of SCP-3029 changed. Request for entry by D-Class approved by Level 4 Clearance. [See Experiment 3029-A for results.]   Upon entry through SCP-3029, objects with non-electronic components will appear unharmed in SCP-3029-1 at a varying location within one country. SCP-3029-1 is a parallel universe that appears to be subject to the majority of the same laws of physics as our own. The instance of SCP-3029 in SCP-3029-1 behaves in the same manner as its instance in our universe, and has so far not been observed to appear on other planetary bodies. SCP-3029-1 is host to multiple civilizations and sentient species, with correspondence occurring between those of SCP-3029-2 through SCP-3029-4, SCP-3029-? and Foundation Personnel currently located within SCP-3029-1 in several instances.   Experiment 3029-A: Five D-Class personnel were sent through SCP-3029 to test the abnormalities effect on living organisms. Each subject was equipped with two days rations, typical camping equipment, and monitoring equipment. Upon entry monitoring equipment and electronic camping supplies began to malfunction, though D-class personnel appeared unharmed. D/3029/3 and D/3029/4 proceeded to set up camp while D/3029/5 through D/2039/7 proceeded to investigate the immediate area, and then as according to instruction of present researcher placed their electronics back through SCP-3029. Upon examination objects circuitry appeared to have been wiped. D-Class proceeded to bed, and equipment was sent to be repaired.   The D-Class personnel were attacked at [DATA EXPUNGED] by an unknown member or the Ursa Family. The bodies of D/3029/3, D/3029/4, and D/3029/5 were recovered the next day. D/3029/6 and D/3029/7 were later located near ???????????, living among examples of SCP-3029-2, SCP-3029-3, and SCP-2039-4.   Experiment 3029-B: Active members of Mobile Task Force Epsilon-9 were deployed through SCP-3029. Epsilon-9 was given the goal of mapping the location around the anomaly, and provided with non-electronic surveying equipment. Further equipment included one week’s worth of MRE meals, communication equipment with electronic shielding, and standard issue ordinance. Upon entry electronic shielding failed, and communication equipment’s circuitry was wiped.   Task Force Epsilon-9 proceeded split into groups of three members and move from the anomaly, mapping at a rate estimated to be three square miles per hour before two members found a path. Group proceeded to follow and map the path for several miles before reaching the edge of the woods. From there the group made note of the [REDACTED] in the surrounding area and returned to Site-b. Map data has been compiled for further expeditions.   Further testing is ongoing.
