I lost my job, my house, I don't have anything now!" >You raise your voice, something you've haven't done your entire stay here in Equestria >Between the day's stress and annoyances, you haven't been angry with anyone >But this was the exception >She giggles to herself >"That's right Anonymous. You have nothing. Which means there is nothing to distract you from my love!" >You recoil >That's what this is about >But you'll be damned if you give in to her ludicracy "How is taking everything from me 'love'?! You're insane you silly ol' horse!" >She does nothing but take pleasure in your attention >"Oh look at us, arguing like an old married couple." >She says gleefully >It just makes you writhe in anger though >"My plan is brilliant, my dear. Slowly, I will take everything from you. Everything you possess, and everyone you love. I will take them all from you. And slowly, you will break and succumb to my love!" >She laughs triumphantly >It's apparent that Sun Horse has gone absolutely crazy >Her laughter dies and she focuses her gaze on you >"Come dear, your new life awaits with me~" >She motions towards the palace with her wing "I'm not going anywhere with you!" >You walk past her and you can swear you can hear her heart snap >The distance grows between the two of you >"You can't run from my love Anonymous. Soon, I will be everything you want, and need." >She waves at you with her hoof before you exit her sight >"I love him."   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~   >A week has passed >You now live in a homeless shelter >It would be an understatement to say you weren't depressed about your current condition >You're trying your hardest to fall into routine to forget about everything that's happened >But you can't help but think she's watching >And right you are >You can feel her eyes digging into the back of your head from Canterlot's tallest spire >You can see clouds in the sky that display your name with hearts >And the abundance of flowers that come in the mail every few hours >You've made a few friends >One pony with broken legs >Another with an addiction to your hands >And another who reminds you of an English kid back home >This is your band of misfits >But after the third day of your stay, you were told they had been given homes by the government >Strange >You now stand in the cafeteria washing dishes >You take on more chores than you need to around the establishment >Though you're more than happy to >The small talk and idle chit chat you have with other ponies is enough to ease your pain >Suddenly a large clamor begins to rise in the outside >Finishing the rest of your dishes, you join the growing crowed outside of the shelter >It's her >"Good morning my faithful subjects." >She gives a warm, motherly smile >A smile that sends a chill down your spine >She scans the crowd for your face >Which she immediately finds as you try to avoid her >The supervisor sheepishly bows to the Princess and inquires her visit to his humble shelter >"I have come to give you all homes and a new life!" >Immediately the crowd bursts with praise for the Sun >"Come with me my subjects, we have a long day of house shopping ahead of us." >Everyone rushes past you to her side and they embark on their new lives >Leaving you alone >She looks over her shoulders back at you >Smiling, as if to say "You can not escape my love."   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~   >Three days have passed >The shelter is now empty other than the supervisor and yourself >You're informed that the shelter is closing down due to no one being homeless >Except you >Due to your address being burned into the ground, you never received your severance check >You now roam the streets of Canterlot >A dirty hobo >No money or possessions other than the clothes on your back >You lay on a park bench, your bed for a couple of nights >The night is cold and you close in on yourself for warmth >It helps, though only a little >You are moments away from sleep until you feel a foreign warmth against your back >Instant realization hits you, but before you can act you faint into darkness
