>The library wasn't usually crowded at this time of day so you figured on a study session before the bums came in to make everyone feel guilty
"Yeah, well since the pipe busted in the school bathroom i had to find someplace to study."
>You weren't too keen on looking like a nerd but you sure as hell didn't want to fail midterms
"What are you doing here?"
>F: "Oh, uh, i just, um, thought i'd...y'know..."
>You held your silence and nodded slowly with her as she struggled to explain herself
>F: "The park! Yeah, that's where i was headed. Totally."
"It is a nice day to be outside."
>A couple of sparrows darted through the budding trees over your head, spring was just starting to get into full swing
"The weatherman said clear skies all week."
>F: "Oh, really? That means we'll finally get to see the sun set again. I really miss that."
>You nod your head one more time before bidding her farewell
>F: "Uh, wait, anon. Dude, are you really going to diss this beautiful day for a stuffy old library?"
"Well, it's quieter. I really don't want to have Ms. McGee for history next year either."
>F: "Oh, y-yeah. I guess you wouldn't want that"
"You got that right. Well, see ya i need to get this over with."
>You wave goodbye and leave her behind to walk through the glass doors
>F: "Bye anon..."
>Flash is sitting under a tree picking out a few notes on her guitar
>Nothing special, just killing time
>Maybe waiting for someone
>F: "You're so stupid."
>Flash stopped picking for a second and bumped her fist against her forehead
>F: "Why don't you just tell him already? I like you Anon. Like really like you. Just four little words."
>Flash knew it wasn't that simple though, those four words carried a lot of weight
>She would only really say them if she knew what would come next
>Flash breathed a heavy sigh and went back to picking meaningless notes
"Hey is that a new song?"
>Flash jumped as she heard your voice
"Whoa sorry didn't mean to scare you."
>You smile and chuckle slightly
"Guess we should stop running into each other like this, huh?"
>Flash was still breathing heavy.
"It's always a surprise for one of us."
>F: "A-a-anon..."
>Flash cleared her throat
>F: "Anon, i thought you were going to study?"
>You scratch your head
"Well, yeah, but i got bored so i decided to leave. Besides it is too good a day to miss."
>F: "Oh, yeah? What were you going to do?"
"Just go home and play catch with my brother, he ought to be out by now. I just got to thinking about what you said earlier and sat by a window just for the view."
>Flash looked back at the big gray building.
>The only windows were large bay windows on the second floor."
"Yeah, those bums must have allergies too and decided to come in early, i needed to get out of there. Didn't think i'd be the one running into you this time. Heh."
>Flash felt her cheeks flush and looked down at her guitar to tweak some of the strings
>F: "I-i thought you said you got bored."
>You tense up for a second
"Uhh, yeah! It was a combination, of that and...and whatever else i said."
>Flash keeps her head down but only blushes harder when you decide to sit next to her
"You know what? As long as im here i think i might enjoy this day."
>Flash hides her face behind her bangs
"Hey, flash?"
>F: "Yeah?"
>You rest your head on her shoulder
"Would you mind if i rest my eyes a little?"
>F: "Uh, sure. I mean, nah bro, go ahead. I don't care."
"Thanks."
>You slide down a little further and get comfy against her
"Hey Flash?"
>F: "Y-Yeah?"
"Can you play a song for me?"
>Flash is beaming at you
>F: "Okay lazy head. Just for you."
>You only hear the first few notes before you drift off into a peaceful sleep
