    -has decisions/events to accept/integrate the wends and sorbic nations as the Volkskommune.
    -can assimilate nonaccepted cultures via Germanization decision with a right wing goverment.
    -all events and decisions from HPM/Vanilla are merged and will trigger with Teutonia.
