“Hey Teej.” Viol came up and leaned against the wall next to his sister’s date. The Winter Ball had been a pretty decent success, absent /v/'s drama, but it was on its way winding down.   “You know, for a chaperone, you sure are absent.” Teej took a draw from his drink as he watched Vanille dance with /ic/.   “Yeah, well… I’ve been busy,” It’s true, different conspiring parties were driving Viol all over the ball, but he was watching more often than Teej and Vanille knew. “Y’know…”   “Hmm?”   Viol sipped his SODA POP. “This place sure is full of faggots.” The party had wound down a bit. Those who weren’t too drunk, were already talking about getting home.   “Hmmm…” Teej seemed like he was about to say something, but Viol cut him off.   “So… out of all the faggots here. I… I wanted to say, I mean…” He gave a sigh, trying to not have to spill spaghetti all over the place. “I’m glad that my sister chose you… You’re… you’re not as bad I thought…”   Teej took his eyes away from Vanille and looked at her opposite, trying to get a sense motive. “Heh…” Teej turned back to watching his date tango with /i/ and put his hand on Viol’s head, mussing up his hair a bit. “You know, that means alot, coming from you.”   “H-hey, d-don’t take it the wrong way. Y-you’re still a faggot, and if you break her heart…”   “Alright, alright, I get it, I get it.” Teej laughed it off. “But I’m serious. Thanks.”   The song ended and Vanille walked over to the pair, waving to /i/. “So what’re you two talking about?”   “N-nothing that concerns you,” her brother blurted out.   “So done dancing with /i/, Vanille?” Teej changed the subject. Teasing Viol about warming up to him would only turn the tsun back on.   “Yeah, /ic/ came over to take her home. It’s way past her bed time.”   “I think we should take the hint and do the same,” Viol grunted.   “Well, look who decided to finally start playing chaperone. Too bad, I wanna dance with Teej a little more.”   “Well then let me make it up. Besides, you already danced with Teej a whole bunch.”   The Pallet twins glared each other down, seeing which would paralyze first, leaving Teej caught in the middle again. “Why don’t we just hang out? There’s that lounge in the basement, I can break out Munchkin or Cards Against Humanity or something.”   “Really! So we can have our own little afterparty at your place?” Vanille beamed. “Good enough for you, chaperone~?”   “Y-yeah, I guess, but no funny business. I’m still chaperone, even if it’s an afterparty with just the three of us…”   “YOU HEAR THAT EVERYONE? AFTERPARTY AT TEEJ’S PLACE!” Cried a slurring /d/emona nearby. Seems like she was evesdropping.   “WOOOO~” Cried a clearly drunk /mlp/, followed by some cheers from those still there.   Even though it was only a handful left to all pile into the basement lounge, it was cramped. It was basically a small sublet down there, with a simple kitchen, a couch, a tv, and a table. A rather intense game of Cards Against Humanity was playing out on the small table with Viol, /pol/, /co/, and /k/, while others simply talked, dull from the cheaper alcohol Teej brought out to keep them from getting to his good stash. /mu/ even stuck around long enough to set up a portable turntable and speaker in the corner.   Teej plopped down on the couch, lamenting the case of Hobgoblin he sacrificed to the small crowd. He heard some squishing noises and turned to see /d/emona all over /mlp/ on the other side of the couch, beginning to undress her. “/d/emona, do you mind?”   “Oh, what’s the fun of exhibition if no one get’s to see?” /d/emona was slurring a bit, and she kept going, revealing tortoise-style bondage under MLP’s dress.   “/d/emona, you’re drunk. Quit it.”   “Oh, could it be that you really want to join?” /d/emona teases as one of her tentacles begins slithering towards his leg.   Teej rolls his eyes. “/d/emona I alre-”   “T-Teej, do you have any LEMONADE?” Vanille squeezed past /an/ and /ck/ watching the Cards against humanity game (“How does /pol/ keep getting jew-related cards?” “Not always, he just played the ‘blacks’ card a minute ago.”).   /d/emona’s tentacle stopped as she remembered exactly who she was trying to help hook up all night. Vanille looked over at /d/ and /mlp/’s compromising situation and blushed “S-sorry, d-didn’t mean to i-interrupt.”   “Oh please, honey, don’t mind us, I’m just a little drunk.” the demon-lady insisted as she re-dressed her date. /mlp/ didn’t put up much a fight either way, tranced from the alcohol or whatever /d/emona’s left hand was doing, it was hard to tell.   “S-sure, c’mon, I have some in my fridge.” Teej turned around before going. “I honestly don’t care much, but for the sake of everyone else here, keep it in your pants until you get to your room.”   “Yes, daddy,” /d/emona teased back. “Just be sure not to spank Vanille too hard tonight, she’s been a good girl~”   Vanile pretended she didn’t hear that, but blushed all the same. “S-so, looks like a quiet afterparty is bunk…”   “Yeah,” Teej sighed. “Honestly I just don’t want to clean up in the morning.” Walking the few yards to Teej’s room was trival, it was just squeezing through everyone on the way.   “Y-you know, I could come and help clean up if you wanted…”     For a moment Teej considered turning her down, and instead making /d/emona come over and help. Many tentacles make light work after all. “Y-yeah, I’d like that. I don’t mean to eat into your Halloween though, you don’t have to stay longer than you want.”   “No, it’s fine. I like spending time with you.”   Teej smiled. “Me too.” they got to his room and he unlocked the door. No use in protecting his good booze stash if someone just walks in and takes it.   Vanille followed her date to the fridge and squatted down to see what was there. “Oh, what’s that kind of LEMONADE,” she said, pointing to a bottle of Hard Mike’s. “I don’t think I’ve ever seen that brand before.”   Teej gave an amused grunt. Seems he had missed that when putting out his trashy booze. “That’s a dangerous lemonade. It’s got alcohol, but it doesn’t taste like it, so it’ll knock you on your ass if you’re not careful.” Well, there was only one. “You want it?”   Vanille just nodded and Teej handed her the bottle, grabbing a beer for himself. “You know, you’re a bad role model,” Vanille teased as she twisted off the cap with a hiss, walking towards the bed. “Serving alcohol to a minor in your own bedroom, someone could get the wrong idea~”   “I’m fairly certain the wrong idea has already entered the minds of all our neighbors,” Teej snarked back dryly. He took a swig and leaned up against the mini fridge.   Vanille sat down on the bed, taking a drink and patting the bed besides her. “Then there’s no problem, is there?”   Teej just smirked and followed suit, hitting the bed with a pomf. “So what’re we gonna do on the bed?”   “Just thought it was more comfy.” Vanille nuzzled under Teejs arm holding her head against his chest so that she could hear his heart beat, beating a hair faster than Teej’s relatively relaxed demeanor betrayed. “I wish tonight could last forever.”   “Well that would be pretty bad, don’t you think? If it never turned morning, we’d have to make crops that grow by the light of the moon. And there goes solar pow-”   Vanille put up a finger against his lips and met his eyes. “You know what I mean, dummy,” and then she replaced her finger with her lips.   “You planned this from the beginning, didn’t you,” Teej mused after she pulled away.   “No, what I planned was to get Viol drunk again so we could have some alone time, until /d/emona brought the party with her, but this works too.” Vanille put the lemonade on the bedside table and straddled the young man, kissing him again, this time with more tongue.   “I mean, I’m not exactly complaining” Teej said when they came up for air, “But I thought you said just a couple hours ago...”   Vanille blushed and chuckled. “Y’know, I’m not really ready to, y’know. go… all… all the way, but… but I still want to learn more. I’m not stupid, Teej, there’s three bases before home base” She kissed him again, this time upping the ante by guiding his hand to her chest, getting him to second base.   /co/nrad didn’t bother waiting for a response after knocking twice, he just opened the door right after. “Hey, Teej, I- oh shit, oh fuck, s-s-sorry, I’ll just-” He made to leave.   Vanille nearly fell off Teej’s lap in surprise as Teej stammered out a response. “N-no, /co/nrad, it’s alright, w-what’s up?”   “Oh, shit, sorry, I mean, fuck. I don’t wanna be That Guy and cock-block ya, ah, hey Vanille. Uh, I was just wondering if you still had that bourbon, but, ah, you know what…”   “Uh, it’s up on the top shelf behind the door.”   “R-right, thanks, j-just where it always is. Ah, bro, don’t worry about anything, I’ll… I’ll make sure everyone clears out proper when it’s time, ah… sorry again.” A sauce-covered hand reached around to the top shelf, grabbing the bourbon. “Don’t worry ‘bout nothing bro, me and Be/ck/y got it covered, you to have fun.”   The door closed behind /co/ and the pair just stared at the door for a moment. Vanille was the first to start snickering until they were both laughing on top of each other on the bed. As they calmed down, Teej looked Vanille in the eyes and kissed her.     The afternoon light filtered through the basement windows as Teej and Vanille stirred in the bed. No, nothing had happened. The outfits for the ball were rather bulky, so they pulled them off in favor of t-shirts and pjs. Vanille just put on one of Teej’s WAAAGH shirts as an oversized nightshirt. After that it wasn’t much more than cuddling and interlaced fingers. Maybe some heavy petting. Neither of them could really remember clearly, as by that time it was already into the morning and they were half asleep.   “Morning.” Vanille said, as Teej came to.   “Morning.”   “Seems like the night didn’t last forever after all.”   “Guess not.” There was a pause as Vanille responded with a kiss.   “Sounds good to me.”   Seems /co/nrad kept to his word. Everyone cleared out, and the place was even moderately tidy. It wouldn’t take much to clean. Viol was asleep face down on the table in small puddle of his own drool, now empty bottle of bourbon next to him. “Uuuughn, my head…” The Pallet boy got up and rubbed his eyes, slowly coming into focus only to see Vanille and Teej hand in hand, and Vanille wearing one of Teej’s shirts. Impressively, he didn’t say anything, though there was a vein on his temple that seemed to pulse while he looked at Teej and his sister, and the look of absolutely disgusting on his face was palpable.   “Y-you alright, Viol?” Teej asked, putting the hand Vanille was holding behind his back.   Viol was snapped from his trance “Fine, I’m fine… Just a fucking awful headache.” He got up from the chair and stumbled towards the stairs. “I’m going back to my room. See you faggots later…”   Vanille smiled, pulling their interwove hands from behind Teej’s back. “Seems like you won him over, I’m impressed.” And then a bit more earnestly, “T-thanks Teej. The last month has been really fun. We can do it again, right?”   Teej gave the Pallet girl’s hand a squeeze. “I can’t imagine not. You doing anything for halloween tonight? I thought maybe we could watch a movie or do something else spooky related.”   “Hehe, I thought you’d never ask.” Vanille leaned up and planted a peck on Teej’s cheek before letting go of his hand and going for the stairs. “I think you’ll REALLY like my costume too~”   “Wait, what’s your costume?” She piqued Teej’s curiosity.   “Well, I guess you’ll just have to wait to find out~”       >Author's dedication: Thanks /vp/ for being such a great sport and the best date a fa/tg/uy like me could've asked for.
