Ok. So the setting will take place in the continent of Thal'ros. It is a large land mass with The Moat (about 40 miles wide ocean on either side) separating other continents and itself. Within Thal'ros lies a varying amount of races (Any race goes as far as character creation). Note that some animosity may be felt towards a specific race due to the views of another. Territory within Thal'ros is made up of 5 kingdoms, The Dwarven Conglomerate taking up a large underground space of the arid Hedral badlands along with their fellow small sized brethren, Giantkin tribes taking residence in the harsh monster strewn Jagged Crown mountains and every other unoccupied space to the south along with other monstrous races that offer subservience, the Silvian Jungle made up of a forever growing forest where the Elves sequester their cities and fellow townships guarded by their elite warriors, the sprawling Sterling Hills dotted with small woodlands. Here the Humans raise their civilizations among the plains deffended by the Cataphract Knights to defend their prosperity. The final territory, which have large imposing jagged stone and wood reinforced walls to guard their borders, belongs to the Dragonborn Sidion Empire which holds magic in high esteem. The Orcish Hordes have tried many times to sack and raid human and elven lands, but the tactical knights of humanity and dense forests of the elves stopped them in thier tracks. Thusly those who belong to the Giantkin tribes will find animosity among these lands. That is not to say that a half-orc is always from the tribes, there are outliers in all societies, but none the less there is discrimination. Elves are rather out of touch with the rest of their neighboring kingdoms if only because of the constant political strife in their own home, one where they have 2 potential leading factions and the people's differing opinions.  The Dwarves are a mostly close knit underground race, but they do ave a guild of peddlers and hawkers that will travel the surface, and have even built a surface city, to sell their wares. Fine DWARVEN wares. However, that is not to say they are at peace. There is a large tunnel presence underneath the surface that is home to raiding deep races pushed there from altercations long forgotten. Humanity has within the last years enjoyed the most peace it has seen in about a century and a half, large scale skirmishes being held along their territory borders with their Orcish neighbors and insurgences from their own uppity noblemen. Finally the Sidion Empire. Here the slightly arrogant Dragonborn populace hones their abilities in orders of magic. Some choose pure casting, some take a spellblade approach, but the one true constant is that arcane prowess is treasured in their society, if not for their magic beast heritage, for their economy and reputation.   Tenyi, The Sunlord, A being of light and fire whom believes in the good in one's deepest heart, not the surface expressions of morality. He believes there is redemption for the worthy, but only utter annihilation for the wicked. At the end of every harvest season his followers give him thanks for not causing droughts and giving just enough sun. Most humans worship him due to his benevolent beliefs. His domain is the Light, and Life. He takes the form of an old bearded man in a beautiful golden robe of radiant light. Old wisened voice, gentle.   Hamedi The Unseen Lady, the Goddess that those who sneak and steal worship, as her night hides and steals away many things. She likewise holds sway over the domain of vengeance and receives prayers that accidental wrongdoings in the pursuit of revenge be forgiven on some level. Legends believe that a shadow deeper than any fathomable night sweeps over those whom have angered her and they are simply spirited away to never be seen again. Many speculate what her morality truly is. Her domains are the Death, and Trickery. She takes the form of an ivory-pale young woman clothed in a black tattered robe with a necklace of skulls accompanied by the scent of roses and orchids. Quiet, whispered british voice.   Gorman Forgemantle The Soul-forger, A Dwarven specific God that they believe crafts each soul within a being, and that each are made in the beginning pure and whole, and through wrongdoings, injustice, and over-reaching ambitions they will be tarnished and shattered, cast into the pile of failed works to never be looked upon by their god and left to damnation. Tradesmen don't seem to care about small white lies to feed their family, but try not to pursue too much greed or the local priest might absolve them of their license until they receive proper spiritual lessons. His domain is Craft and Life. His form is that of a stout mountain dwarf with a long wide beard that acts almost as a frontal cover of his torso, and he carried with him a luminescent blue hammer. Scottish Voice.   Songtai/, The Undaunted, God of combat. Street duels, large scale war, even arm wrestling in some cases are under his domain, as one has been proven mightier in his eyes. Folks would pray to him for strength or battle prowess in times before war. He has only one rule, and that is mercy to the deserving. His domains are War and Death. His form is that of a man in vicious plate armor with a veritable arsenal of weaponry on his back, covered in the blood of enemies. Deep, booming, demanding voice.   Altoa Windweaver, the Elven Goddess of the Hunt and storms. The Elves believe that each arrow or bolt hits it's mark upon the whim of their Goddess. She bestows upon them the winds of victory, and sometimes even failure. The Elven race sees her will as all permeating and if she wishes an enemy or animal dead then your strike will find it's mark. Those who find themselves in her ill favor are visited by massive typhoons and storms. Her domains are Nature and Tempest. She was depicted as a comely woman, even for elven standards, who wore garments formed from the nature she lived among, and had a longbow of a most sable wood that could shoot razor winds at her foes. Eloquent gentle voice.   Rashazar/Sidious the Translucent, a Dragon God of the Helite/Sidion Empire. He is the one who the dragon-born believe gave them their powerful Arcana and the ability to understand it. Some theorize that he even crafted the race and that they aren't some kind of weird hybrid via physical evolution. He instills the ideal that one should be stronger than his peers, and in a way his has worked wonders for the Empire, giving some of the most potent casters in Thal'ros. His domains are Knowledge and Light. He takes the form of a gigantic, ghostly eastern dragon, long bodies and whiskered at the face, and his body will shift color as if an aurora. Aku's Voice, but gentle.   Rakhash The Herald, God of revelry. Bards, bar owners, travelers, and those whom practice arts in any form worship this good for luck in their endeavors, the skill to be proven worthy of their talent, and for happiness in all things. Some hear that there is a secretive order belonging to his priesthood, but nobody knows why there would be such a thing when his worshipers are almost entirely comprised of prostitutes and sculptors. His domains are Life and Luck. He takes the form of a middle aged hooded man with a goatee who carries a lute and brandishes a mug high with a blade at his hip. Suave, lax voice.   Yagaar The Pale, God of Orcs. Yagaar The Pale believes in the strength of his race, and the right to domination that they hold. All orcs honor and fear this god out of racial obligation as well as having proof that he actually existed, also he in fact had a good portion of the continent under his rule at one point, and they believe this gives them a claim to the world, being godkin. This spurs them to attempt great feats of bravery and brutality in the name of their god, hoping to bring him back from his 'great slumber' to lead them to triumph once more. His domain is War and Death. His form is of a larger than average orc with absolutely pale white skin and black tattoos all along his torso and arms, and in hand a giant battle axe, beffiting of his musculature. Violent gutteral toned voice.
