>You are Nook >You are at home, sun is about to rise and your alarm already went off but you still overslept >A beam of sunlight hits your face >You open your eyes when looking for your alarm that you somehow threw away while you were half asleep >Shit, already 10AM   >Crawl out from under your bed >Check mirror: Annoyed look? Check. Horribly messed up mane? Check. >Realize how great this day is already starting out for you again >Trot into bathroom to do your usual morning business which you kindly asked the narrator not to elaborate closer >Take a quick shower >Check mirror again >Fall into your short, daily existential crisis about what the hell you are even alive for >Realize you need Coffee >Trot downstairs into the kitchen >Ask yourself on how other ponies can function without morning coffee on the way >Open cupboard >No >Fucking >Coffee Great, another thing to go wrong today >you grumble to yourself >Grab to-do list from table   TODO: - 11AM fix Mayor Mare's bushes - 12AM tend to your herbs - 1PM get something to eat, maybe in the new fancy restaurant Who are you kidding, an unimportant and boring fuck will never get in there - 3PM visit the Spa with Roseluck - 7PM get home, tend to flowers - 7:30PM make yourself dinner. Maybe Spaghetti? - 8:30PM get to bed   >Put down todo list. >Walk to random cupboards >Open random cupboards >Find a piece of stale bread and some oats >Place them down neatly on the table >Take a bite of the bread >Immediately regret the decision and spit it back out >Eat a few oats. Breakfast done >you say to yourself >Stand back up >Trot to Window >Look outside >Weather is total shit   Guess I just have to ready an umbrella then >you tell yourself while walking over to the door and grabbing your umbrella from the shelf >open the door, rain greets you >suits the mood you guess >open umbrella, trott outside >chilly >get green scarf >put it on >walk outside >close door and lock them >start trotting a few meters >scarf loosens itself, flies away, leaving a cold nook behind >you keep on trotting, your mood even worse now >take half an hour to reach the mayors house >walk into the garden as usual >wtf >bushes are gone >storm ripped them out of the ground and they flew away >knock on mayor's door to ask if you could come in to warm yourself >nobody home   >You turn around, leaving the mayors house behind >You remember your not so filling breakfast and decide to go do some grocery shopping >Trot over to a tiny store you usually buy yout stuff in >bell over the door makes a small *ding* as you enter >Be greeted by the small unicorn mare on the other side of the counter Good morning, Nook! What can I help you with? >At least something nice today A good morning to you as well, Cherry. >Feeling at least a bit better by talking to the brown unicorn you manage to smile at least a bit >Shop is exceptionally warm I gotta get some more groceries again, I'm pretty much all out >You explain to your friend Cherry Spices I'd need the following:   >You begin to recite your shopping list eggs, bread, some of your amazing candies and of course coffee. >God you almost forgot the coffee >That would have been a disaster >Cherry just smiles back at you while preparing your stuff >A few minutes later she puts a bag on the counter and starts calculating the price That'll be 10 bits! >she chirps happily >You grab your money from your saddlebags just to find out >oh shit >Money in saddblebags >saddlebags at home, next to the door >smile akwardly at Cherry I... I think we might.... have a bit.... of a, well,.... problem   >You give Cherry another quick glance Would it be OK if I paid you back next time? Kinda sorta forgot my saddlebags at home. >After a second of akward silence Cherry nods at you. Sure thing, sweetie. I'll just write it down for you >Cherry takes a piece of paper and scribbles something on it before putting the note in her cash register. >She hands you the goods before giving you a final nod and saying goodbye >you do the same, promising her to pay her back once again. >as you're about to leave the store, Cherry calls your name once more You are gonna go out like that, Nook? You would freeze to death, let me go grab a scarf for you! >She trots into the back of the shop >Surprised by the offer, you stay still for a moment tand think about your next move >Can you accept her offer? She was already really nice to let you pay back later >You could just trot of now while she isn't looking. >Or you wait until she comes back   >You look at the clock that's hanging above the counter >The clock shows 11:45AM >Half an hour to get home >What was your next task? Right, tending to the herbs. >You can push that back, ain't a big deal >Out from the back, Cherry returns with her favorite pink scarf >"Just bring it back when you pay for this stuff" >She points at the bag of food. >You start to walk out before stopping in the door and looking back once more, chirping a happy "Cya" while Cherry is waving at you >You trot out of the door >Stopped raining but still freezingly cold >The scarf keeps you comfy and warm >Trot down the alley between the houses >Hear somepony yelling in the distance   >You secretly sneak past the house >A few meters away you can see a pony >On closer look, you see another pony, smaller than the other one >The smaller of the is shivering terribly >The bigger one looks around in fear before yelling once again >"Help! Oh, somepony please help! She's freezing to death over here!" >You stand still for a moment while evaluating your options >You could try help the Pony, although you don't have the faintest clue on how to do so. On the downside that would completely throw your schedule out >Another option, since you haven't been seen yet, would be to just leave those two, another pony will probably show up and help   >Right, it's obvious what to do! >You rush over to the freezing Pony "Do you know her?" >You asked the scared mare next to her >She shakes her head, tears streaming down her face >You quickly unwrap your scarf, tightly putting it around the small pony's neck >You look at the other mare "Help me put her on my back, we need to get her out of the cold. My house's close" >A minute later, the shivering pony is lying across your back and you begin sprinting as fast as possible without her falling off >You reach your house in only 10 minutes, new record >Place the pony that feel unconcious by now next to the fireplace >You proceed to lighten the wood inside >Upstairs you get a blanket which you wrap her into >You are standing next to her now
