Clearly not him. The channels accused are pinkpanther96 (video desc, and he says this isnt a channel of his) and neverwilldie (chat logs). But using archive.org we can see if these are indeed channels of his. Pink Panther isnt, in my opinion,
 
With neverwilldie it gets more complicated as no archive of it exists. But it was claimed to be associated with a channel erroneously claimed to be him as it lists it as another channel. But it's clearly not his channel
