Vee will dox people if they make him mad by his own admission. Or if he thinks they have a shady oast, ie if he looks i to them and finds something he can use against them
 
And claims he has no responsibility for what people do with the info he posted in an act of vigilantism, because it's only doxing if you tell them to go after them (no)
