This Idpol stuff follows and comes from individualistic societies and is usually rooted in a rejection of traidtion and duty to the group, the context in which roles arose.
 
It's usually snowflakes wanting to seize specialness from their characteristics
 
And in many cases it is about tearing down divisions, traditions, norms, and even the roles or characteristics themselves
