1. the issue is what they do with their overrepresentation, even if justly earned (though many doubt that too)
 
2. The ethnic activism and ethnic reasons for their activism
 
3. No reason to accept bad decisions just because the people who make it are smart, that argument if consistently applied basically amounts to defending the status quo or whatever hierarchy, whatever they are. Obviously nobody actually agrees with that
