The way Broken Hearts was supposed to go, was that because you had decided to leave cb at school, you would go to meet her mom alone
And while you're waiting for her to sign, she calls a number on the papers and files for recustody of cuddle bug
The rest of the quest would have been you switching back and forth between ava and cb, ava trying to figure out how to get cb back, and cb dealing with her mother who is desperately trying to reconnect with her
cause as it turns out her mother didn't hate her and sistetr foster had lied about the ages of her parents
Cuddle bug was essentially a teen pregnancy and after her father had died, her mother had no one to turn to, panicked and left her with her grandmother
Then after her grandmother died, her mom lost track of her and took it as a sign things weren't meant to be. She now has a pair of foals with another stallion but desperately wants to love her daughter
She can't really understand cb's pain though and probably wouldn't have been good for her
What ava did would have been up to you
I didn't really have anything laid out for her
And it would have culminated with a choice

Or your mom
Cuddle Bug likely would have been a therapist. Her talent would have emerged while she was with her mom. as she learned to let go of her anger and sadness.

In AHP, after the training, The King is assasinated during the winter solstice, suspicion is cast on a slurry of ponies, and the visiting tribes are eager to leave. So, as the earth tribe leaves, Scribe goes with them, with no way of knowing if his friends and family will be okay, but assured by them that they will be
From there, you would have taken control of anyone you wanted to
Goldheart, who has taken the throne, Starswirl, who's trying to juggle his new duties with the fact that he's going to be a father, Lenna, who's doing whatever she does
Or Lily as she struggles with emotions she's never fealt before and begins to question her own selfworth
In any case, a bunch of shit happens, turns out the king was assassinated by his own wife, on the promise she would have the throne upn his death. Now everyones trying to figure out who promised her this
Meanwhile in the earth capitol, Scribe has just arrived and met a pony who looks remarkably like him
throughout the course of your stay
You'll learn that this stallion is your identical twin
You come from a village where identical twins were considered an omen of ill tidings
scribe was left to die in the snow. From there, scribe was found by stargazer, so its not all bad
But anyway this guy kind of hates you because he considers you a unicorn, and you could have decided to try and make a case for yourself to him during your stay, maybe become friends. And aside from training, that would have been scribes stay in the earth capitol
Back in aurus. There's disease, a primitive form of the cutie pox, called the pox of purpose. And its such a perfect disease that it almost seems artificial. And theres only one place it could have come from: Negra Beliz
So, war is waged on Lord Sombra (the second, not the third), a battle happens, yadda yadda
And it's revealed during the course of it all that Rain is from Negra Beliz, and not just that, but that she's a part of the  royal family of Negra Beliz, her true name being Reina del Toro. Basically, she's the daughter of Lord Sombra, and the sister of Sombra the third.
Goldheart goes missing during the course of the fight, depending on whether or not you decided to waifu her
Lily dies during the course of the fight, depending on whether or not you waifued her
Lenna goes blind etc
Starswirls daughter is born, he names her Clover, and he becomes incumbent king while they look for royal blood to sit upon the throne
 
(Now, past this particulaar comment, I relayed to the people present the stuff that would have happened had you chosen to waifu Gilded Lily, among other things. A good deal of it would have changed drastically based on other decisions, minor and major, that would have popped up over the course of the story.)
 
So, if you pick lily, you win the war with negra beliz, evryones happy except for the people that aren't
Also, all the other tribe leaders died, and now the tribes are in chaos
Sombra the third has taken over Negra Beliz in place of his father, and made it into a place where all are welcome to live, regardless of tribe. This goes over great with the ponies that have been displaced by this lack of proper leadership
Fastforward five years, Scribe and Lily have had three daughters together, fraternal triplets, Tiger Lily, Ghost Orchid, and Star Scribe
But they aren't totally important right now
The tribes are in a panic, because at this point, Sombra the Third has essentially created his own kingdom. Enough ponies flocked to him during the panic directly after the war that he's created a new nation, one of united tribes, but founded on war and conquest
And Starswirl, as well as the other incumbent leaders, are trying to figure out what the hell to do
I didn't have a lot of this section fleshed out, so lets just skip to after sombra is defeated
Rain ends up dying from a relapse in the pox
Starswirl is left a single father, and blames Sombra for the death of his beloved.
Anyway, Sombra is defeated and unable to bring himself to kill him, Starswilr casts a spell that forces him to wander the earth until he's as far away from this spot as he can physically be
he can never return
And he just kind of wanders off into the horizon
Several years later, lots of kids have grown up
Clover
Scribes daughters
and all the kids of the leaders of the tribes, who hate each other, because they blame one another for the deaths of their parents; all except platinum, who just kind of hates non-unicorns
Shit, I forgot to go over one important point
Brutus had a whole arc I skipped over
He's the illegitimate grandson of Estrella the cruel
Platinum is his daughter
Brutus also ends up dying suring that war earlier
See, there's just so much shit
I'm forgetting a lor of it
Makes my head hurt
Anyway, this is roughly when hearthswarming happens
After that, everyone moves to equestria, happy times are had, except not really, because it turns out that lots of creaturs were here before ponies and it turns out that they aren't very happy these strange pastel horses are encroachin on their land and trying to make it their own. The ponies are searching for allies and find unlikely ones in the Far North, from a strange place called the Crystal Empire
Ghost SCribe, Starswirl and Star Scribe are sent as ambassadors to ask for help; Gilded Lily , Tiger Lily and Ghost orchid are stationed in equestria to help fight of the encroaching dragon and griffon menaces
Tiger Lily is and fights with no weapon, the strong silent type; she's quick to anger, jsut like her mother, but hers is a silent fury. She's basically Kiryu from Yakuza, down to the way she fights. She and her mother are collecively known as the "Dragons of the Everfree" for the shape of their armor.
Ghost Orchid is a unicorn and inheritd her aunts chronomancy. She's not as strong with it though
And Star Scribe is a pegasus, given wings by her mothers intense desires to fly
She's a more inquisitive, more emotinal Ghost SCribe. And that's ahonestly as far as I had planned that.
 
Now, as for what the hell celestia was hiding.
So basically, at some point, Tirek shows up.
He ends up finding five ponies who he chooses to act as the opposites to the elements. And grants them strength through negative emotion
Anyway, a natural alicorn is born by pure chance, as I headcanon that alicorns are born and created as they are needed.
This alicorn is named Vanitas, and his special talent is to act as an emotional black hole
He absorbs negativity, both passively and actively
Somewhere else, across Equestria, theres another alicorn born to act as his opposite, and her name is Galaxia, but she doesn't matter right now, even if she is a member of the royal family
Anyway, with the help of starwirl and whichever member of the scribe family is still alive when this happens, he ends up finding these five ponies, absorbing their negativity, and then absorbing Tireks
However, its' too much for him to handle, and he becomes saturated with negative thoughts
He still holds the same ideals, and wants nothing but good for his people, but is willing to crush whoever he has to under his hoof to ensure equestria knows peace
He and Galaxia marry, and they have two daughters, who they name Celestia and Luna
He loves them dearly, but they cannot assuage the pure hatred and bitterness in his heart
The two of them, along with the Elements of Harmony from the time, end up having to vaporize their father
But while his body is destroyed, his darkness lives on
He attaches himself to three objects: THe alicorn amulet, one of the elements of harmony, and Lunas heart
from within luna, he whispers bad thoughts into her ear, claiming that no one loves her and that Celestias day will always outshine her night unless she does something about it
Of course, this isn't their actual father, just remnants of his negativity with his voice attached. But, that's how nightmare moon happens
and after celestia banishes her sister, she's just really tire of it all, and decides that Equestria would be better off not remembering a past so riddled with evil, and she erases her father from history, as well as all aspects of the royal family before her and luna.
After Celestia was forced to banish luna, Galaxia knew that one day, her daughter would regret this decision
Maybe not today, but someday
So, she set up a failsafe that would free luna, and giove them a chance to reconcile
and became the stars in the sky that end up freeing Nightmare Moon 1000 years later.
Oh shit, I forgot to tell you what happens in the Crystal empire
Starswirl, Scribe and Star Scribe all show up and find that the monarch that sent them the letter of aide from the Crystal Empire was none other than sombra himself
Things seem fine at first, and they're willing to accept that he might have changed, except, its incredilby clear he's controlling everyones minds by force
This culminates with a fight between our three heroes, Sombra, and a mind controlled Goldheart, who's been missing for twenty some-odd years at this point
Either Scribe or Star Scribe dies here, depending on a choice you make. But either way, Sombra ends up defeated when he's separated from the power of the Crystal heart by Goldheart, who's burning desire to see Scribe again allows her to break the mind control
nd she separates him by using her chronomany to shove the Crystal Empire 1000 years into the future

then she dies, cause fuck, thats strenuous
 
Also, in case it wasn't obvious, the orphanage from BH is named for Gilded Lily.
