Should he desire to enter a containment area administration is to be notified before he is allowed entry. Singular exception being when personnel is in danger. Should S9-404 try to go beyond floors 8 or 18 he is to be gently encouraged to go back. All guards on floors 7 and 19 are to carry emergency pudding rations to lure him back should he reach those floors. No mare guards are to be alone with S9-404 without supervision from at least one other guard to prevent another [redacted]. S9-404 shall always have two guards assigned to assist him in his day to day activities as well as keeping him calm. In the case of an outburst of anger S9-404 is to be given cuddles and pudding until the outburst subsides. At no point is a guard to ask S9-404 about his life before arriving in Equestria nor about his people.
 
>Description: S9-404 is a 6'2 bipedal creature that combines features of monkeys, minotaurs, and centaurs in his form. Lacking in dense fur everywhere but the crown of its head S9-404 instead as a light coating of fine soft hairs spaced relatively evenly across its body. To make up for this lack of fur S9-404 wears layers of clothing that mainly cover its torso and genitals.
 
>S9-404 was found in the residence of princess Twilight Sparkle after a failed attempt at cross dimensional scrying. Upon his discovery he was sealed in room he was found until Site 9 was notified. He was then retrieved as per standard operations.
 
>S9-404 displays many strange characteristics beyond its abnormal form. The first and most intriguing of these is a complete lack of and immunity to magic. This was first noted during his retrieval as our containment unicorns could not hold him with magic.
 
 
>S9-404 Has shown the ability to not only comprehend but speak standard Equestrian. However he cannot read Equestrian script. Along with this he has shown signs of intellect equal to or perhaps even passing that of ponykind
 
>When questioned about his origin S9-404 shows signs of confusion and sadness. If pushed he becomes silent and still. When pressed beyond this he begins to lash out both verbally and physically. For the safety of S9-404 and personnel it has been decided to leave this subject alone.
 
>S9-404 Shows incredible ingenuity when it comes escaping from containment. In less than a week he has busted out of over a dozen secure rooms with locks and security measures of all types. For this reason his rating has been upgraded from Simpatico to Euclid. He has been warned that if continues to escape containment security measures will be raised and pudding rations will be restricted.
 
>Subject S9-404 has begun insisting that he be referred to by name rather than identification code. The name he has given is strange even by pony standards. Perhaps the name Anonymous will be useful in understanding what and even who he is.
 
>Further probing of S9-404(Anon), under order S5941 as requisitioned by [redacted], has proved fruitful. He has opened up when it comes to his world. He speaks of technological advancements far beyond that of ponykind. Advancements that unhindered could change the lives of ponykind as we know it. >S9-404 shows great attachment to his assigned guards. When one was replaced due to sickness he inquired about her and wished her well. Guard was tested for any changes in mental state and none were found. He seems to treat them with a kindness he does not share with the researchers
 
>Containment breach of S9-320 had an unexpected outcome when the guards assigned to S9-404 were caught up in her tentacles. S9-404 effortlessly broke containment and rescued the guards from S9-320 before subduing her with a few deft motions of his hand.
 
>While S9-404's hands do seem to have an almost hypnotic effect on creatures its tested on this effect is temporary and non-magical in nature. Current theories are that he has an instinctual knowledge of pressure points and their use. Further research needed.

>During the attack on S9 by [redacted] S9-404 helped secure four Euclid level threads that had been released. S9-206, S9-031, and S9-274 broke containment during the attack and proceeded to try and free the other objects on floor 12. S9-404 along with his guards were able to subdue and contain these three threats before coming in contact with S9-111 who was attempting to crush a researcher. S9-404, in the first show of empathy to a researcher, stepped in and saved her life. S9-404 then used his own strength to subdue S9-111 until he was rendered unconscious.

S9-404 actions along with the psychological evaluations combined with pressure from my peers have forced me to once again change S9-404's object class. As of today S9-404 aka Anon is classified as object class Thaumiel. He is allowed to roam free within the detention floors while under guard. Please bear in mind that he is still a subject here and as such must be treated with caution.
