Cutie Mark:  Sort of convoluted, but I came up with the idea that Frozen Raine lives, or rather, was born in the Frozen North where it is perpetually cold and depending on the time of the year consists of whole days of darkness (the crescent moon), or whole days of daylight (the midnight sun).
Color Scheme: The color scheme is supposed to be similar to that of a snowshoe hare's, where its scheme blends into the environment to protect itself from predators, though without the summer variation.
