By taking this hindrance, you're saying the enemy you have is the type who is not only insatiable, but is powerful  enough  to  actually  do  something about it. -Impulsive Impulsive characters are doers, not thinkers. They  tend  to  go  off  based  on  their  own hunches even when the rest of the party makes elaborate plans and preparations.
