And now for another recipe  shamelessly stolen from the notes of dead relatives...   10 slices white bread 10 slices wheat bread 6 tablespoons sugar 3 c. milk 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoons flour 1 tablespoons chopped raisins 3 tablespoons chopped candied lemon peel 1 cup chopped almonds 3 tablespoons rum powdered sugar   Tear bread into small pieces Dissolve sugar in milk Soak bread in sugary milk for an hour Melt butter, mix with bread Blend in four, raisins, lemon peel, and nuts Pour into buttered spring-form pan, sit in pan of water and cook at 350F for 20-25 minutes Put on serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar and rum
