Gooey Butter Cake
 
1 Yellow cake mix
1 Stick butter
1 Egg              
 
Mix together and press into 10 x 13 pan. Don't make the sides go up much, the cake will make it's own crust.
 
1 Pound powdered sugar
8 Ounces cream cheese
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla
 
Mix together and spread over crust almost to the edge. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes or until center is golden brown. Remember to reduce temperature by 25 degrees for a glass or non-stick pan. Enjoy!
