"Ve thought she vas a different problem. Apparently you two are ze same problem." one of the gryphons said as you recognized him
"Well, you're still alive Hannes, I'm surprised. Surprised that your king hasn't had you shot yet." You say hoping you are bringing up personal disgrace for Hannes.
"Vell, he vas not pleased vith us for failing to get your support." Hannes said as this was still very much in his realm of things.
"Well, why don't we all go somewhere we can talk about the gryphons surrendering." You say as you motion to your shop. Thunderbolt's more than ready to obliterate them, and Morgan's looking for a fight. Falken on the other hand, well, you can't tell what the guy's thinking.
"Well, I do think it's time you idiots surrendered. You've killed so many of your population due to your idiotic ways." Falken said disgusted with the loss of life due to the gryphons' stubbornness.
"Ve do not consider that our loss. Ve consider that ze worlds." Hannes said as you punch him in the face.
"That's enough, you came here to talk about surrendering, and we're listening." You say as you shake out your hand, though it was nothing like punching Thunderbolt so she could feel it.
"Vhy did you hit me?" Hannes said.
"To shut you up for a second, now what were your terms of surrender?" You say everyone's irritation level clearly showing through you.
"Ve vish to return to pre battle standings ja? Pretend like whole thing did not happen." Hannes said as you look to Celestia, as you know this is not going to cut it.
"Yea, no, you declared war on me, I don't know about her, but pretending like you didn't that's not going to work." You say shocking Hannes for shooting down the surrender.
"Then vhat vould you suggest?" Hannes said sounding utterly defeated.
"Oh, you're not going to like what I'm going to ask for." You say with a smile on your face making the gryphons drop even lower into their depression.
"Vhat is it?" Hannes asked.
"First you're going to surrender all your research to me. Second, your weapons factories, yea, you aren't allowed to rebuild them, or make new ones or even make weapons for that matter. Third, your AA defense network, well, that's now my AA defense network, I expect them on the border within a week of cessation of combat. Finally, I'm not paying for damages nor am I helping you rebuild your destroyed country." You say giving your version of the surrender.
"Ve shall make a note of your requests for our surrender, and ve shall take them back." Hannes said utterly defeated.
"Well, that's all very kind of you to do for him, but what about me? You threatened to kidnap a princess of Equestria, and pretending that you weren't plotting to do that is not going to work." Celestia said now expressing her irritation with the gryphons.
"Vell, ve had a different suggestion for you princess. Ve vere as it were just going to battle it out to ze death. und see vho vins." Hannes said to which Celestia was not amused.
"If we will be fighting, I expect King Lennart to be on the field of battle." Celestia said to which the gryphons laughed, their king would not leave the throne to fight a pony, nor would they allow him to leave the safety of his castle which at any point could be demolished by one very well placed burst missile from you or Morgan.
"Is not possible for ze king to leave ze castle, you vill have to reach ze capitol for that to happen. Ve shall take your requests back to Dresden for consideration. Ve shall return vith ze outcomes of our deliberations." Hannes said as they turned to leave.
"Let them go, follow them to the border but do not pass it, watch for AA, it could be a trap." You say as you let the four captured gryphons go.
"Oh and Morgan?" You say before walking away
"Yes daddy?" Morgan said.
"No shooting, unless they hurt someone." You say as you walk away knowing Morgan had a smile on her face
Two days later the gryphons return to you after Celestia breeches the capitol. When she reached the capitol, there was a cease fire declared and neither side was allowed to move past their furthest advance, which for you was from border to border due to how many factories and roadways you've hit.
They have sent a different group of gryphons to you this time, and these gryphons are more behaved, almost if they have been living with ponies for years.
"Rex Tremendae, We are going to surrender to your terms, our research shall be brought to you along with our AA weapons. Our factories shall remain holes in the ground, lest you bomb them out of existence again." This gryphon said clearly having been educated in Equestria where they spoke english as a first language.
"Thank you. Where is the instrument of your surrender?" You say asking for their formal declaration of surrender.
"Here, Please read over it to make sure it is what we have discussed." She said as she really did not want to be here dealing with you.
The document read: "The Kingdom of Oslo surrenders to Avalon on Avalon's terms of our surrender. We shall surrender our weapons and research to Avalon, whom retains the rights to bomb our weapons factories out of existence. Avalon owes the Kingdom of Oslo nothing, for damages caused to Oslo's infrastructure. We the kingdom of Oslo are at fault and accept our shame of defeat with this document."
You were more than pleased to see that there was no backside or microprinting of which you had the document checked over for before you even thought of signing it.
"The surrender document is to be signed by a print and signature." The gryphon said as she placed a print on the Oslo side of the document before signing it.
"When I sign this, you have one week to comply with the terms." You say as you sign the document before sticking your hand in ink and putting a handprint on the document validating and starting the clock on when the gryphons had to give you their materials
And so peace returns across the land. Celestia effectively for the moment owns Oslo due to their failure to see Avalon as a threat. To you peace is peace, and their research and weapons prove only one thing, they had been inside of Avalon Dam's research facility.
 
1200 Hrs. Your shop,
"Anon, when do you think you'll have time for us to get married?" Thunderbolt asked as you were putting the gold plated band on her GAU-8.
"I dunno sweetie, hopefully soon." You say as you effectively toss aside the old band into a bin of "gently used" parts.
"Well I hope my sister can make it." Thunderbolt said as she thought of her sister at the Wonderbolt's training facility.
"Well, I'm sure she is able to get time off for a family event. Just as you don't mind Morgan and Falken being yours too." You say as you put the band back on the GAU-8 and it's time for reinstalling the gun.
"Right, but I knew that I'd be getting those two if I accepted. By the way your proposal was really crappy." Thunderbolt said as you just laugh, you know it was a very shitty proposal to begin with.
"Yea, it was a really shitty proposal, but you and the moment half rushed me into it, it's the best I could come up with at the time." you say as you're still laughing about how crappily executed it was.
"Well, at least you did. Your little ones are a hoof full you know that?" Thunderbolt said as you just nod
"Yea, I know Morgan can be a handful, but Falken? He doesn't even say two words half the time." You say as you finish reinstalling Thunderbolt's GAU-8.
"Yea, because of that it's hard to know what he wants, that and the fact that he lacks eyes. No offence but those cameras are a little creepy." Thunderbolt said as you sigh.
"It's just his design, I'll ask him to see if he wants to project holographic eyes on his face, won't fully cover up those cameras, but at least he'll have a representation of normal eyes." You say a little sad to hear that.
"Anon you don't have to do that." Thunderbolt said as she scooped you up and held you close against her.
"But a lot of you ponies would prefer it if he had eyes." You say as you wiggle loose so you can breath.
"Oh sorry, was I crushing you?"
"For a second, look I'll ask him about that, besides, he probably wants to be a little more "normal" anyways Thunder." You say as you are trying to see it through Falken at the moment.
"If you think it needs to be done." Thunderbolt said as there was a knock on the shop's doors.
"Hey dad, it's Morgan."
"And Falken." they said as Thunderbolt set you back on the ground
"Come in you two." You say allowing them to enter.
"Can I ask you a question dad?" Falken asked as Morgan looked a bit concerned.
"Always my boy, always." You say as you sit on a stool wondering what Falken had to ask.
"Well, I've noticed I've been stared at. Due to my design. Is there any way that we can get them to stop staring at me?" Falken asked as you nod.
"I think I know a way to do so. Think you could project a pair of eyes onto your skin?" You say as he's obviously confused
"What do you mean project a pair of eyes?" Falken asked as you could see he was trying to make a facial expression, but without eyes it was lacking to everyone except you and Morgan.
"Well, your cameras, they're not just cameras, they could also project, if you want them to. They would be a pair of holographic eyes, and they'd cover almost all of the cameras, due to them being needed to project the eyes. It's a simple thing for you to do, all you have to do is switch over to combination mode for them." You say as you hope he's understanding what you're saying.
"So you're saying that I can appear normal?" Falken asked.
"Yes, if you wish to. Mind you they're not real, and they'd be just a representation of where you're looking. If you think it would help." You say as he nods.
"Ok, it's all on you. Just go into combination camera/projection for sight." You say as there's at first a blurry holographic image of eyes against his skin.
"Well?" Falken asked.
"Clean them up a little, they're a bit fuzzy, try adjusting the focus of the projectors." You say as they start to clear up and show two green holographic eyes.
"Thunderbolt, whaddya think?" You say as you could care less if Falken had eyes or not.
"Well, I know where he's looking, and they do cover almost all of the Cameras, but they're nice Falken." Thunderbolt said as Morgan walked around him again, this time with eyes tracking her.
"Falken, don't let your eyes shift behind you when she does, you'll have to turn your head to appear like the rest of us, our eyes can only travel so far." You say in response to seeing his holographic eyes track Morgan all the way around him.
"Dad's right, that was a little creepy." Morgan said in agreement with you.
"Oh, guess I've still got a bit to learn, and learn how eyes work." Falken said as both you and Falken laugh.
"Well, it will come quick. Your mom and I are done here." You say shocking both Falken and Morgan.
"Mom?" Morgan said at a near stutter.
"Morgan, didn't your daddy tell you? He and I are getting married." Thunderbolt said.
"Wat?" Falken asked his new eyes full of the expression he wanted to give.
"Dad is Thunderbolt going to be our mom?" Morgan asked trying to conceal her excitement.
"Yes, she is. Wanted to surprise you two, guess this is it." You say as this was another one of your plans gone horribly wrong.
"MOMMY!!" Morgan said as she went and hugged Thunderbolt.
"I'd say I don't get it, how can we be your children but then again, you built the two of us. Dad, thanks for completing the family." Falken said as he stood next to you.
"You're welcome son. There isn't a thing in this world I wouldn't do for the two of you, well three of you now." You say as he looks down at you.
"Who's the third?" Falken asked
"Me, I'm not a kid to him, but someone he loves very much Falken." Thunderbolt said as it was now your turn to be hugged by Morgan. This time she remembered that you needed to breathe and didn't crush you against her.
"Daddy this is wonderful. I always kinda saw Thunderbolt as mommy because she was around me so much." Morgan said as she was actually tearing up a little.
"Well, don't worry about it any more, she's your mommy now Morgan." You say as she gives you a pretty good squeeze for a second or two.
 
1300 Hrs Raptor and Nora's.
"Well, I'm glad that mess is over aren't you Raptor?" Nora said as she was again sprawled out over the couch.
"Yea, glad it's over, it just didn't seem like a fair fight against the gryphons. Guess that was their choice." Raptor said as she sat on the ground before Nora due to her taking up the entire couch.
"Whatever, I'm just glad it's done. Means we can get things back to normal around here." Nora said giving Raptor a playful kick to the head.
"Don't go starting anything Nora." Raptor said as she pulled Nora from the couch.
"Oh, I'm the one who's starting things?" Nora said as she pushed Raptor into a soft chair.
"Yea you are." Raptor said
0800 Hrs. Your home.
"Oh Anon, since we are getting married, you should probably meet my parents." Thunderbolt said as you give her a slightly confused look.
"Parents?" You ask
"Yes, two A-1 Skyraiders." She says as you're preparing breakfast for Morgan and Falken, who are still asleep.
"Skyraiders?" You ask as you set out the very large proportions of fuel filled pancakes for Morgan and Falken.
"You're asking as if you're having a hard time believing they're still here." Thunderbolt said as you were searching your memory of having done work on any skyraiders.
"They don't live here, they're out in Hornet. You know that city to the south?" Thunderbolt said as you now nod, having gotten a location from her of where her parents lived.
"I guess we're going to have to go out there sometime." You say as Morgan very sleepily walks from her room and sits to eat her breakfast.
"Good Morning Morgan, Mom and I may be taking a trip to see her parents sometime soon. You might have to watch out for Falken." You say as Morgan's still half asleep
"Ok, have fun you two." Morgan said not aware of what she said.
"Anon, you wait for her to wake up fully before telling her that." Thunderbolt said scolding you a little to which you laugh a bit
"Thunder, I tell her now she hears part, I'll tell her again, she'll say she's already heard it." You say as you know Morgan better than Thunderbolt.
"Okaaay, if you say so, but when she wants to come along what are you going to tell her?" Thunderbolt asked
"You mean what are you going to tell her." You say flipping the problem to Thunderbolt.
"You're not putting this one on me, you're answering for it." Thunderbolt said as Morgan questioned what you were talking about
"What'cha two talkin about?" Morgan asked.
"Sweetie, I've got to go and meet her parents, which means I'm taking a trip out to Hornet with her." You say
"Ohhh, ok. Did you want me to watch Falken while you're gone? I promise I'll take real good care of my little bro." Morgan said
