Shadow-objects disintegrate in light unless they’re touching a shadow being cast by a physical object.   Stand: ?Listening Chair? User: Sonata Dusk Ability: Allows the user and anyone she chooses to hear the background music that would play if this were a movie.   Stand: ?Gold Guns Girls? User: Adagio Dazzle Ability: Manifests a replica of what the target desires the most, either in the moment or in general. This replica can be fashioned out of any material on hand, and will look similar, but subtly wrong to a perceptive viewer. For more abstract wants, Gold Guns Girls manifests the closest items it can, sometimes with an apparent sense of humor. (Ex. a target’s desire for sex may lead it to turn a pile of trash into a blow-up doll.)   Stand: ?Nowhere Man? User: Anonymous Ability: Summons the ghost of any person the user requests whose name is not recorded in history. A request must be specific enough that only one person in history fulfills it, and up to four ghosts can be summoned at a time. Each ghost retains experiences and memories of their life, and is able to move and manipulate small objects, travel within a mile of the user, and communicate nonverbally.   Stand: ?Beat Street? User: Flash Sentry Ability: By covering an item completely with something the target owns, the user can “integrate” that item with the target’s history, making it a retroactive part of their lives. This only affects the target; everyone else remembers the original timeline, and if the integration results in that person’s past death, there are no paradoxes. The more unique the item, the more remembered it is. Cannot be applied to the user.   Stand: ?Message Man? User: Sour Sweet Ability: ‘Saves’ events for up to 12 hours and ‘reinserts’ their effects into causality at the user’s discretion. Effects can be directed anywhere within range, except for events affecting the user, which can only be postponed. An event must last under 3 seconds to be saved by Message Man, and only 4 can be saved at a time.   Stand: ?Royals? User: Sunny Flare Ability: Turns anything the user touches perfectly symmetrical along one axis.   Stand: ?Lemon Demon? User: Lemon Zest Ability: When competing against another person at a specific task, bends circumstances around the user so that they can accomplish the task in exactly half the time of their competitor. Ability: The user can bilocate, as long as both “halves” are touching part of the same object. User: Rainbow Dash Ability: Location Stand of the track field. Anything with under a 50% chance of happening outside the Stand’s range will never happen within it.   Stand: ?Party Rock? User: Pinkie Pie Ability: A schoolbus that can squeeze to fit in spaces as small as 3 square inches. The inside manifests whatever generic objects the user wants, as long as there’s a place for them to appear where no one’s looking, but none of them can leave the bus. Damage done to the bus repairs naturally over weeks or months, and it runs on the user’s energy instead of fuel.   Stand: ?Fireflies? User: Fluttershy Ability: Replaces materials with other materials by pelting them with hundreds of little explosions. The change must result in a ‘softer’ material.   Stand: ?Summertime Sadness? User: Rarity Ability: Freezes objects in absolute space, even mid-air, leading them to go zooming off into outer space as the Earth continues rotating.   Stand: ?Big Yellow Taxi? User: Applejack Ability: The user can ‘absorb’ wood into their body by touching it. Absorbed wood augments their muscles and gets depleted by their metabolism as if it were un-nutritious food. Unmetabolized wood can be expelled from the user’s body at will, in whatever shape they desire.   Stand: ?Spinal Tap? User: Dernier "Derpy" Piege Ability: Remote Stand; brings the user an ‘offering’ at sunrise and sunset of something that may be useful to them. Specific items can be requested, but their level of difficulty drastically affects Spinal Tap’s ability to procure them. If one of these offerings is broken while still in the user’s possession, Spinal Tap will manifest for five minutes like any non-Remote Stand, during which time it will have considerable speed and strength.   Stand: ?Timbuk Three? User: Care Root Ability: Converts the user’s future happiness into light energy, including lasers and hard light. The more happiness is being used at once, the stronger and longer-lasting the effect, and there is no upper limit. Once happiness has been spent, whatever would’ve caused it never happens to the user; dates get cancelled, friends become more distant, life paths close themselves, etc.   Stand: ?Fineshrine? User: Golden Harvest Ability: A tree which attracts animals hypnotically to its boughs and holds them captive at the user’s command. Animals attached to it can be altered genetically for one threat or condition chosen by the user, and the alterations will reflect how their species would behave if it had been a naturally selected adaptation.   Stand: ?Tin Cup Chalice? User: Silver Spoon Ability: Exists only in half of one hallway of Canterlot High School. Inside this hallway, large objects, and items which aren’t directly touching a person’s skin, quickly degrade into nothing and reassemble themselves like new, creating shockwaves of psychic energy that explode outward and pull inward again during each cycle. This power is magnified by the user’s fear or willpower, and they can un-target any item in range at will.   Stand: ?Sweet Thing? User: Fido Ability: Any solid inanimate object damaged by this Stand will be actively hostile to those fighting the user.   Stand: ?Sweet Thing Reprise? User: Fido Ability: Anything damaged by ?STR? will be “hostile” to those fighting or working against the user; books will fall off of their shelves, ground will become slippery, machinery will fail to operate. Additionally, debris and damaged pieces collect in a spinning ring around the user at a two-foot radius, which draws in and shreds incoming attacks. When attacks are shredded, the largest remaining portion becomes “hostile” and smaller ones are added to the ring.   Stand: ?Johnny Cash? User: Filthy Rich Ability: Converts items touched by the user into a currency of their choosing, equal to the market price of the item; this effect wears off outside range. When used on items the user owns, the currency is pooled, and the user can convert some or all of it into any object of equal or lower market price.   Stand: ?Total Eclipse of the Heart? User: Vice-Principal Luna Ability: Draws out the repressed emotions of those in range. Can target a specific person, in which case these emotions will display themselves as violently and dramatically as possible.   Stand: ?Floral Shoppe? User: Roseluck Ability: The user can shed body parts at will, letting them hang in the air as ghostly, intangible afterimages until they return and correctly reattach them. These hanging limbs sprout thorny vines if left alone for a few minutes, which seek out and attack Stand users when not otherwise instructed.   Stand: ?Check Yes Juliet? User: Norman Ability: Nullification; the powers of other Stands, barring those that affect the fabric of reality itself, do not work within ten feet of the user.   Stand: ?Steam Powered Giraffe? User: The Crusaders Ability: Joint Stand shared among three users. Allows one user at a time to see the most likely ‘destiny’ of an object or person in the near-future. If the target has less willpower than whichever users are within range, the Stand can destroy that destiny. Given time and precision, the Stand can also force out all likely possible futures for a target except one, although this process is very painful to living targets. This Stand’s power increases dramatically when the users are together.   Stand: ?Saint Pepsi? User: Nolan North Ability: Anything in range moving at above 10 miles per hour slows to a crawl.   Stand: ?Far Side Virtual? User: Mystery Mint Ability: Fractures things the user touches as if they were glass.   Stand: ?Fifth of Beethoven? User: Octavia Melody Ability: A dusty mauser handgun that appears when called. Any object older than the user can be converted into a cartridge, which will fire bullets with effects similar to the ammunition’s source. (Ex. An old rocking chair will create bullets that leave splinters behind.) Cartridges can be converted back, but the objects will be incomplete if bullets have been fired. There is no limit to the number of cartridges the user can create, but they are indistinguishable from each other unless personally marked somehow.   Stand: ?Bye Bye Bye? User: Lyra Heartstrings Ability: Transforms the user’s body into that of an extinct animal. The user cannot take the form of the same species more than once.   Stand: ?Suffragette City? User: Sweetie Drops Ability: Takes the form of a thick plastic shoebox. Any item left in the box for an hour is "imprinted", and when one of these items enters a building or other structure, the Stand activates. When active, the shoebox contains a scale model of the structure, and the "imprinted" object is unable to leave the structure. Changes made to the model affect the reality, and reverse when the Stand deactivates or when the object is destroyed. If more than one "imprinted" object is inside of a structure, the Stand will model whichever one is closest.   Stand: ?All Levels At Once? User: Vinyl Scratch Ability: Converts radio waves into sound and light.   Stand: ?Separate Ways? User: Captain Planet Ability: A Stand with a rotating series of images on its chest. When the user selects a type of location, its image appears, and anything punched by the Stand is teleported to a random instance of that location in the world. The target returns after six hours, at which point it's immune to this ability for another six.   Stand: ?Emancipator? User: Watermelody Ability: The user and whatever they’re touching can disappear into and out of right angles within range.   Stand: ?Brand New? User: Bright Idea Ability: Turns objects into anagrams of their names. This power does not work metaphysically or conceptually; it can make NOTES into STONE or an ODOR into a DOOR, but it cannot turn a DOG into GOD or a MITE into TIME.   Stand: ?Drops of Jupiter? User: ??? Ability: Nearby animals reflect the user’s emotions; when they are at peace other creatures are peaceful, when they are angry the nearby ecosystem becomes violent, et cetera. The animals always reflect the user’s actual feelings and not any faked or claimed ones.   Stand: ?Firefall? User: ??? Ability: Creates blue flames which only burn a material specified by the user. The material cannot be living, and any resulting blazes cannot spread to or affect anything but the chosen material. The smoke, however, is as dangerous as smoke from any other fire.   Stand: ?Code Monkey? User: ??? Ability: Activates when the user touches one or more written imperative statements; forces the user and target to behave under them. These statements cannot be written by the user or target. When one is broken by the target, the Stand attacks, and if one is broken by the user, the Stand is dismissed.   Stand: ?Crazy Frog? User: ??? Ability: Creates objects out of sound by vibrating the air. These objects have very little mass and are not normally visible, but are noticeable by their constant buzzing or humming.   Stand: ?Cold Dust Girl? User: ??? Ability: The user can create a clone of themselves at will. The clone is loyal to the death, but their mental state is terrible and rapidly worsens, making them impossible to control for more than a few hours. The user does not know the clone’s location, thoughts or progress unless they’ve provided it some means of communication, but are aware of its deterioration and death.   Stand: ?Blank Space? User: ??? Ability: Controls the circadian clocks of anyone in range.   Stand: ?Mars Volta? User: ??? Ability: Controls and superheats dust, making fiery clumps which shine brilliantly but gutter quickly.   Stand: ?Who Let the Dogs Out? User: ??? Ability: Converts radiation into living things which are friendly to the user; background radiation can become a small swarm of bugs, an x-ray left on too long can become a panther, and a nuclear explosion can become an entire ecosystem. The change is permanent regardless of range or the user’s death, but animals can be forcibly converted back into radiation at the user’s discretion. Radiation which has been through this conversion process cannot be converted again.   Stand: ?Eiffel Blue? User: ??? Ability: Mid-range Stand. As long as no one else is in range, the user becomes exponentially stronger over a period of minutes. This effect steadily decreases once someone enters the Stand’s area of effect, and evaporates completely within thirty seconds.   Stand: ?Boulevard of Broken Dreams? User: ??? Ability: Summons things, for up to ten minutes, which have killed the target in other universes. The user cannot control what they summon, but will not be targeted by it, and can dismiss anything summoned at will. The more they know about the target, the more specific and consistent their summonings are.   Stand: ?Nothing But Flowers? User: Gloriosa Daisy Ability: Converts artificial materials into natural or organic ones. User: Scootaloo Ability: Reduces or increases friction on any surface within five meters of the user.   Stand: ?The Holograms? Each image is three-dimensional, seamless (cannot consist of multiple unattached parts), takes whatever form the user decides, and is solid and unbreakable to one pony of her choosing.   Stand: ?Electric Funeral? User: Button Mash Ability: Takes the form of a laser-tag rifle with a three-second cool-down. Whatever its light hits is put into a ‘disabled state’, but things which are already ‘disabled’ will be ‘reactivated’.   Stand: ?Private Eyes? User: Sweetie Belle Ability: Takes the form of a curious white stereoscope, complete with a small disc of empty film good for seven pictures. When the user sees something, they can create a static image of it in an image slot. Each time a slot is flipped to, the image will match the view in real-time as if the user had just observed it from the same position. Slots can be ‘emptied’ at will.   Stand: ?Simply Red? User: Berryshine Ability: Turns water into wine.   Stand: ?Misery Business? User: Diamond Tiara Ability: Mind-reading; only perceives thoughts the target doesn’t want read.   Stand: ?Twenty One Pilots? User: Angel Bunny Ability: Takes the form of 21 miniature fighter jets equipped with guns. Each part of the Stand follows the orders of the user exactly, and any damage must be repaired manually over time.   Stand: ?Antennas to Heaven? User: DJ PON-3 Ability: Converts living things by touch into high-quality FLAC-format sound on compact discs. Discs can be stored inside the Stand itself, played like CDs, or damaged to harm anything within them. Discs are reverted back either by the user's willpower or when they leave range.   Stand: ?Technologic? User: Sweetie Drops Ability: Improves existing technology based on the user's current needs; a suitcase will turn out to have a secret compartment which sprays paralytic gas, a pen will have a hidden tranquilizer dart inside, a watch will wind up doubling as a communicator. This effect only works once for an item, and the extent of the improvement is limited. Affected technology can only be worked by the user.   Stand: ?Year Without Rain? User: Flitter Ability: When a target is touched by the user, the environment becomes more and more inhospitable to the target the further the two are from each other. Puddles become bottomless sinkholes, earthquakes strike single city blocks, strange forests get in the way of the rest of civilization, and at a certain distance the environment becomes completely unsurvivable.   Stand: ?Five O'Clock Somewhere? User: Cloudchaser Ability: The user can slow down time in any specific area within range, but the amount that time is slowed is directly proportional to the speed of wind currently touching the user; a light breeze can slow time by a factor of 2, while standing in a hurricane can slow it by 30.   Stand: ?Elastic Heart? User: Songbird Serenade Ability: Optionally Automatic Stand. Suppresses physical explosions within several feet of the user; bombs will fizzle out, shaken soda will turn flat, gunpowder won't ignite, even a hydrogen explosion will fail to penetrate its barrier. In Automatic mode, ?Elastic Heart? seeks out and suppresses whatever nearby items have the highest potential energy.   Stand: ?Feel Good Inc? User: ??? Ability: Stand composed of a shitload of microbes; everyone within range of the user infected through air or touch instantly suffers from dancing mania, which ceases only when they lose consciousness or the user is defeated. Feel Good Inc can specifically contaminate some surface, liquid, or person, in which case it is much stronger, but in an unconcentrated form it is very weak to antibiotics and other diseases, and cannot infect a person twice.   Stand: ?Papa Roach? User: Lightning Dust Ability: When the user suffers an injury which breaks the skin, the upper limits of their speed, strength and stamina are doubled for two minutes. This effect stacks.   Stand: ?Blue Monday? User: Minuette Ability: By touch, can see the history of an item in visions, and share/inflict those visions on others.   Stand: ?Listening Wind? User: ??? Ability: A Stand covered in sticky paper which catches sounds from the air. Sounds can be ‘released’ at the user’s discretion, and retain volume and other acoustic properties.   Stand: ?Nymphs and Shepherds? User: Snowdrop (Snowdrop) Ability: Extremely precise telekinesis; only works on objects or parts of objects smaller than a coin.   Stand: ?Master Exploder? User: Rainbow Dash (RBDP) Ability: Regardless of circumstance, the user is not in danger unless she acknowledges it.   Stand: ?Aeroplane Over the Sea? User: Rainbow Dash (Austraeoh) Ability: Once per day, the user can 'reset' their stamina, producing the same physical effects as a full bed-rest. This effect occurs automatically if the user loses consciousness.   Stand: ?Hyacinth House? User: Fillydelphian Alternate History Museum Ability: Manifests in the doors of the museum, opening them for adventurous spirits into other universes. If anything in the museum is damaged, the doors will open into progressively more dangerous locations. Those who pass between universes in this fashion muddle the fabric of their destinies, and gain the power of Stand.   Stand: ?Tag You're It? User: Lyra Ability: When the user touches something, it fills up with ridiculous and intense levels of energy until the user touches it again. When this Stand is used on another pony, it accelerates their heartbeat to fatal levels unless they touch the user again.   Stand: ?Pram? User: Bon Bon Ability: Increases the gravity of objects the user touches.   Stand: ?Ocean Man? User: Sea Swirl Ability: The user can unearth hoofprints and other evidence of life, which will animate themselves and move towards whoever left them. Anything which can fit within or on affected prints or materials can be carried along with them.   Stand: ?Paperback Writer? User: A.K. Yearling Ability: Replaces the user's left eye except when in use, and resembles a typical glass eye apart from the word "DARE" above the pupil. When activated, replaces the left eye of any target within line of sight of the user, allowing them to see through it at any distance. The user has an eidetic memory of anything seen by the Stand while active - e.g. in someone else's head. Invisible to non-Stand users.   Stand: ?Supertramp? User: Sweetcream Scoops Ability: On touch, accelerates the effects of time on a target. Negative effects, such as decay, are staved off for several minutes.   Stand: ?Bangkok Night? User: Diamond Mint Ability: Prevents anyone in range who is not traveling at a rate of one foot per two seconds from breathing.   Stand: ?Id Engager? User: Cherry Berry Ability: Creates bursts of incredible hedonistic pleasure with its kicks, equivalent to a strong opiate.   Stand: ?Plenty of Paper? User: Blossomforth Ability: Creates an "information dead zone" at a point of the user's choice within range. Besides the user, no person or instrument in the affected area will be able to process or retain meaningful information about what happens inside the zone while it's active.   Stand: ?DSCO? User: Vapor Trail Ability: A person the user has touched experiences a surge of amazing luck, as if blessed, whenever the user is not conscious. High developmental potential.   Stand: ?Down With the Sickness? User: Limestone Pie Ability: Any harmful material or toxin ingested by the user has no effect; instead, it can be incorporated into their body, so that it makes up part of their breath, sweat, saliva, et cetera.   Stand: ?Opposite of Thieves? User: Marble Pie Ability: Consists of a swarm of silverfish-like creatures. When they cover an object, it "resets", returning it to its owner, moving it to an earlier position or erasing some recent use. Does not reverse damage.   Stand: ?Orange Blossom Special? User: Adagio Dazzle (Back in Equestria) Ability: Ignores time for affected objects while they're in motion. A thrown rock will hit its target immediately, a train will arrive at its destination as if by teleporting, etc.     ---     TV / MOVIE / BOOK STANDS   Stand: ?Brick? User: ??? Ability: Manifests as a trio of blue bracelets on the user's arm. When active, the "truth" of a situation bubbles up to the surface; clocks set themselves correctly, buried items rise from the ground, forgeries and fakes begin to crumble, and lies become physically painful. The intensity of these effects increases the longer the Stand is active, and any of the bracelets can be removed and placed in any location, where it will behave as a Remote Stand but cannot be deactivated. The more bracelets are in one area, the more powerful the effect. While ?Brick? is active, the user is incapable of rest or sleep.   Stand: ?Columbo? User: ??? Ability: The user cannot be prevented from returning to any place they've previously visited.   Stand: ?Finnegans Wake? User: ??? Ability: Spontaneously "replaces" people with historical and fictional analogues for up to 5 seconds. "Replaced" people are not damaged by the experience.   Stand: ?Anathem? User: ??? Ability: Transfers information to the user which is known to them in other universes.   Stand: ?How to Win Friends and Influence People? User: Twilight Sparkle Ability: Anyone who loses to the user in some way automatically likes them more. This scales with the intensity of the loss.   Stand: ?Great Gatsby? User: Rarity Ability: Generates expensive random matter - jewels, fancy dress, fine wine, watches. Becomes more powerful the more ponies are present.   Stand: ?Don Quixote? User: Pinkie Pie Ability: Limited reality warping. The effect begins as an illusion on some object; if the user can convince others that it's real, and if it is demonstrably more dangerous for them than the original object, it becomes more real. Permanency is more difficult for less dangerous items.   Stand: ?Eat Pray Love? User: Fluttershy Ability: Allows the user to psychically heal others by performing a kind of massage on their lives, working out kinks of bad luck or misery, resolving deep-seated issues, or defusing future confrontations.   Stand: ?Beware of the Purple Peanut Butter? User: Rainbow Dash Ability: When the user is presented with any situation where they see themselves as having exactly two options - a fork in a road, an on/off switch, etc - they automatically know the effects of both decisions up to 100 seconds in the future.   Stand: ?Poor Richard? User: Applejack Ability: Perfectly predicts and describes the weather and atmospheric events of a date selected by the user. Helpless while active.   Stand: ?The Stranger? User: Anonymous Ability: Takes the form of a small and stylish pistol. The bullets phase through living tissue, but remove whatever they impact on from existence retroactively. Only those who witness the shot remember the object. If this would drastically alter the timeline, the bullets will curve away and avoid impacting sensitive items.   Stand: ?Theogony? User: Celestia Ability: Automatic Remote Stand; imparts Stands to those who deserve them.   Stand: ?Antigone?
