Who doesn't like animals? >After this, you take her home. >You attempt to make a move but she politely refused, saying she wasn't ready just yet. >She still smiles afterwards however. >She then promised that it would come later. >And after sharing a passionate kiss he went inside her home. >Later that night, you received a text message. >"Um Anon, I had a wonderful night and I can't wait till the next time, but before then, well... My parents say they want to meet you..." >Not really knowing how to respond to that you simply reply. >"Okay." >You then get in bed. >Before you fall asleep however, your phone vibrates and you look and the the notification. >"I love you."   -two weeks later- >You're standing outside her door now. >You were surprised at first at how talkative she was when she came up to you the following day. >But still you felt your heart melt when you saw her smiling the whole time. >Back to the present. >You palms were sweaty and your legs were threatening to give way. >You were wearing a dress shirt in slacks which threatened to show the perspiration building on your chest. >If it weren't for the cologne you'd definitely be able to tell. "This is a really bad idea..." >You muttered before reaching for the door and knocking exactly 3 times. >You swallowed the lump in your throat and put on your most confident smile. >Which was not confident at all. >Before you can regret your action, the door opens. >There stands a tall and well built man, with a thick beard and a red checkered shirt. >He looks around and then down to you. >Your stomach drops as you fumble with the flowers in your hand. "Umm, I-I'm here for Fluttershy sir." >His expression stays the same as he turns the stairs of the house and calls for her. >You never would've expected him to be so quiet. >Then again, you didn't really what to expect from Fluttershy's father. >He then motions for you to enter and you do so. >"Y-yes daddy?" >That voice. >Instantly, you feel your confidence return and your knees return to their usual strength. >"Have a seat... Please." >He points to a rather comfy looking couch. >Following his words, you catch your first glimpse of Fluttershy for the night. >Had you been capable of forming words at that point, you could've only thought of one. >Goddess. >She noticed your staring and blushed. >She was wearing a long green, almost plant like dress that seemed to fit her just right. >No doubt her friend had something to do with it. >Gorgeous as ever, you couldn't tell if she had any make up, not that it mattered to you anyways. "W-wow.." >She just giggled as she joined you on the couch. >Your mind is taken off of her (for the most part), by the sound of someone clearing their throat. >You do a double take as you turn your head to the source. >There is who is no doubt Fluttershy's mother. >Had it not been for the different clothes and hairstyle, you'd have trouble telling them apart. >You turn back to Fluttershy. >She had an expression which you translate to her already being aware of this. >Turning back to FlutterMother, she and her lumberjack of a husband take a seat on the couch opposite of you. >She smiles and begins. >"So, you must be the famous Anon Fluttershy's been talkin so much about." >You turn to her once again. >She's now hiding behind her hair. >You feel your status as a man be threatened as you suppress the urge to "daw" at this. "Yes ma'am, I suppose I am." >Her smiles grows at this. >"Oh so polite! But there's no need son, you can call me Posie." "Alright, Mrs. Posie." >She giggles at this. >"So I'm gonna make this quick, wouldn't want to make you late, after all, it must've been a pain to get a reservation at a place like that..." >You're taken back at this. >You hadn't even told Fluttershy about that. "H-how did you-" >Before you start freaking about, she begins laughing. >Not a crazy stalker laugh, but a "you-should've-seen-the-look-on-your-face laugh". >She eventually calms down and confirms your suspicion. >"I'm just joshin you, but is good to know you took to time to do something like that's. Not a lot of boys do that anymore..." >She then puts on a sincere face and nudges her husband with an elbow. >You suppress a laugh as you see him squirm and attempt to shrink in his seat. >You turn Fluttershy. "Is she always like this?" >You whisper and receive a hum of approve as she remains behide her hair. >"Anyways, how did you meet my daughter Mr.Anon?" >You joint back to meet her gaze. "Umm, well we had the same friends, I guess." >You internally slap yourself for being so blunt. >"Hmm, alright, I guess." >She then gives you a shit eating grin. >"So I take it you're not from here?" >You nod. >"So then, where are you from?" >Before you reply the whole house shakes with an oddly familiar voice. >"MOM!" >The voice of little boy. >Yet you could've sworn you've heard it before. >With that, Posie excuses herself. >You hear her call out to someone named Charlie and the boy's voice respond with something about spaghetti and a bathtub. >You turn to Fluttershy for clarity. >"Oh that's just my brother, he's umm... Different." >You just nod as Fluttershy takes the opportunity to move closer to you. >You were tempted to put an arm around her but her father's humming snapped you out of it. >Still you couldn't help but squirm a bit at the proximity with her. >After a few bumps and yells from upstairs, her mother returns. >"Sorry about that." >With that, she continues the conversation. >It's the usual, "Where are you from? Who are your parents? Where do you live?" >You answered best you could. >Eventually she said she was done and you could go on your way. >"One last thing Anonymous." >You turn back to meet the masculine voice, having taken Fluttershy's hand in your own. >"You are aware of the consequences of unprotected sex, aren't you?" >You feel the familiar uncomfortable feeling you got when your parents first told you. >"Daddy please..." >"I know Fluttershy, but I want to hear him say it." >You grip her hand harder and put on the most sincere look you've ever made. >Then you look him straight in the eyes "Yes sir." >For the first time since you met him, he smiles. >"Good. You may go now." >Then you make haste, nearly dragging Fluttershy with you. >"Oh my goodness, how embarrassing." >You chuckle a bit at her now cherry red face. >"I-I'm sorry Anon, I didn't they'd be... Like that." "It's fine, really, they're just worried." >You continue to listen to her as you lead her to the car your parents loaned you. >"B-but it's not alright. You probably think I'm some freak now..." >You feel something snap inside you. >You turn to her and move the hair out of her face. >Some of her make up has began to run. >You let your inner suave take control as you wipe the newly forming tears from her cheek. "Hey now, I already said it was fine. Everybody's parents do it. I know mine would. They're just trying to make sure you don't do anything stupid." >You only then realized she had wrapped her arms around you. >"A-are you sure?" >You smile. "Of course." >She then looks straight into your soul with her cyan orbs and eeps. >You had zoned out a bit at that point and when you came back you realized why. >When you came to, you found your lips on hers. >Her surprised hum turned into a moan and she closed her eyes. >You pull away much to her disappointment. >You wipe your lip and rub the back of your hair. >After a few more awkward moments, you break the silence by clearing your throat. "So... I guess we should get going." >"Yeah." >She replies dreamily as she stares at you with the dopiest smile you've ever seen. >You can't help but blush as you open the car door for her. >She enters with giggles and pecks you on cheek as you get in yourself. >"So, where are we going?" >You then give her the paper you had in your shirt pocket >She gasps. >"Did you really get us reservations at Mata Judios?" "Yeah, I really did." >"B-but Anon, it's so expensive!" >That was true, but you had heard her mention it several times. >But you figured all the effort would be worth it, just to see the look on her face. >And you were right. >She keeps going over it with an expression of both worry and utter joy. >"Anon, you really didn't have to." "I know, but I wanted to after I heard you talking about it." >You're interrupted one last time while you turn the ignition. >She pecks you on the cheek and rubs her face on yours. >"Thank you." >Once more you feel your face warm up. >The drive there is pretty uneventful. >Though you did pass several strays. >Everytime you did, you'd try your best to keep Fluttershy from getting out and helping them. >You already knew about her thing with animals but not to its full extent. >Still, you arrived a few minutes early. >You got out quickly and ran to the passenger door, much to Fluttershy's confusion. >It turned into a giggle as you opened the door for her and offered your hand. >She accepted it and you both walked into the building. >The man behind the counter asks for your papers. >You hand him the ticket and he smiles before leading you to a table in the corner. >Normally you would've complained, but it was actually better that way. >You definitely didn't want Fluttershy to be the center of attention. >For her sake. >The waiter then slides you both menus and asks for your drinks. >Keeping it simple you ask for water. >Fluttershy requests a tea. >With a nod the man takes his leave. >You take the opportunity to look through the leather bound booklet. >All of it sounds awful, but that's not why you came. >You look to the reason in question. >Her eyes are wide and her smile threatens to give you a heart attack. >"Oh my. I don't know, it all looks good." >You turn your head and cringe. "Yeah. It does." >She giggles. >After, you try to make small talk. >Which mostly consists of her talking and you occasionally nodding or in other ways agreeing. >Eventually, the man comes back two, blindingly shiny glasses. >"So? Have we made a decision yet?" >Understanding, you order something random from the list of shit. >You weren't that hungry anyway... >He nods and writes something on his notebook. >"And you madam?" >She mumbles something barely audible. >You make a face similar to a person trying to identify someone really far away. >"Could you repeat that ma'am?" >"spa-*-tti..." >Once again, you feel the same snapping feeling and you smack your hand on the table. "She said she wants the spaghetti." >You blurted out loudly, yet respectfully. >Still you felt a little scared once you came of your alpha state. >You relax once you see the waiter smile and repeat his scribble. >"Thank you, it'll be out in a moment.">You wipe some of the sweat you didn't even know you had, from your forehead >"Th-thanks." >You brush it off, wanting to think nothing of it. >You still feel like an absolute alpha though. >Her shyness was always cute. >You still knew you couldn't do ALL the talking for her. >You sigh. >'Maybe I could help her with that?' >You thought. >You look at her. >She smiles the same heartwarming grin. >You can't help but return the favor. >'No. She's perfect this way.' >Soon you found yourself lost in her eyes. >For the longest time, you just sat there. >Time seemed to have stopped completely and the only thing that mattered was her. >If you had been thinking straight, you could have see that she was in the same state. >You also would've noticed the the waiter standing there expectantly. >You broke away and apologized quickly while Fluttershy eeped and hid in her hair. >He just chuckled before setting two dome covered platters on your respective sides. >He then pulled the silver covers off, revealing your meals. >You still felt flush with embarrassment. "Thanks, and uh, sorry again." >He smiles knowingly. >"I'm sorry for interrupting." >Your face feels hot once again and he leaves you chuckling all the way. >After clearing your throat to try and cut the tension, you tuck in. >Honestly, you're pleasantly surprised to find a bombass looking steak, with a baked potato. >You look to your date. >Poor Fluttershy has a comically large plate of spaghetti. >She doesn't seem to be fazed by this. >She notices your gaze and a smiles, looking at your own plate. >You had already began cutting a bite out of your steak when you heard her gasp. >You stopped mid lift and gave her a worried look. >She had her hands over her mouth and her eyes rivaled the pile of pasta in size. "Something wrong?" >"You're not going to-" >She gulps. >"Eat that. Are you?" >Confused you look down to your plate and back to her. >Then it hits you. >That stuff with the animals. >You were basically a cannibal in her eyes. >You set your fork down to think. >You faced the first genuinely difficult decision of your life. >And after what felt like an eternity to you (though it couldn't have been more than a few moments), you look at your steak one last time. >With a sigh, you wrap the thing in a few napkins and slid it away. >Once you did, you felt a warmth on your hand that reminded you that you'd have to cry later. >Before you can look up you feel another on your cheek. >Looking at the source, you see Fluttershy backing her face away from yours. >Her smile is one of pride. >Not unlike a mother who's child had made the right decision on their own. >... Okay maybe not like that. >Now sufficiently embarrassed, you finally get to eat. >The potato tastes like dirt, but you chalk that up to it not being meant to be eaten on it's own. >It doesn't matter in the end, as Fluttershy's angelic voice takes priority in your mind. >She's currently recounting one of the many stories from her school. >How so much literally magical shit can happen in one school year, you'll never understand. >She finishes her recounting of a bunch of seahorse monsters. "Oh yeah, I remember that was on the news." >She giggles and nods. >Weird how everyone just sort of forgot about it. >"So, did anything interesting ever happen at your old school?" >You thought for a second. "I mean, they brought the drug dogs a bunch." >"Oh no! Poor things must've been terrified..." >This causes you to chuckle. "Not exactly." >You continues like this for a while. >One thing still lingers in your mind. "Hey shy?" >"Hmm?" >She hums while taking a bite from her spaghetti. >She's already almost done. >Had you taken a guess, you definitely would've have expected it. >You actually feel like less of man as you look at your potato with a few bites taken out of it. "If you don't mind, could you tell me about your thing with animals?" >"Hmm? What do you mean?" >You try your best to reword it in your head. "Like the thing in the car, and just now." >Her eyes widen in understanding. >"Oh Anon, it's horrible! The poor little babies just left out in the street to fend for themselves, so cold and hungry. I can't help it if I sometimes go out of my way to help them." >You couldn't really bring yourself to argue despite you having bad encounters the those very same strays. >You still have scars... >This was mostly due to you having seen what she could do firsthand. >The same exact strays, like new born puppies in her hands. >She continues. >"And have you seen what they do in those slaughter houses? Those tiny calves are taken away from their mothers, and raised just to be killed and eaten!" >... Well she wasn't wrong. >Leave it to Fluttershy to make you vegan. >Naw, there's no way you're giving up meat. >Just gotta make sure you don't do it around her. >She must never know about all the deer that met their ends at your hand when you were 8... "That's horrible." >"I know! Oh I knew you'd understand!" >She puts her hand back on top of yours. "But don't you think it's a little much to go and try to feed strays?" >"Not at all, I know they'd do the same for me." >You recoil a bit. "I'm sorry Fluttershy, that sounds a little nuts." >She sighs. >"Do really want to know how I know?" "Yeah, I really do." >"Promise you won't laugh?" >You put your other hand on hers and hold it in both of yours. >She looks into your eyes, obviously distraught. >Without thinking about or trying to, you make the most comforting face you can. "Promise." >She takes a deep breath and then begins. >"Well, when I was little, around 8, I went to summer camp." >You sit back and and allow her to continue. >"One day, while we're practicing our wilderness survival, some of the other kids started calling me names." >She looks a little sad, but by no means on the verge of tears. >"Rainbow was there and she tried to help, but she could only do so much..." "Then what happened?" >"Umm, well... I kinda *mumble*." "Could you repeat that last part?" >She then repeats an equally inaudible mumble. "Come again?" >She less than gently pulls your collar and whispers loudly in your ear. >"I got lost in the forest when I went to go pee." >It takes all your willpower and some, to keep from bursting out in a trust breaking laugh. >'Maybe there is a god...' You think before giving her a sincere look and nodding. >"Anyways, I wondered around for while until I found a bunch of little critters that were just as scared as I was." >"Then I spent the whole day with them. I found out they really aren't that different from us." >Before you can ask she starts again. >"And when it began getting late, they led me back to camp." >Strangely, the last part sounds familiar. >You try to think and a certain rainbow haired girl comes to mind. >... That's what it was! >You remember her telling you a similar story way back. >Something about her seeing Fluttershy being lead back home by a deer. >And while Rainbow wasn't exactly the most reliable person, she also wasn't one to lie about her friends. >Your train of thought is interrupted by Fluttershy continuing. >"I know it sounds crazy, but I swear it's the truth!" >That it does. >And had you not seen it for yourself, you definitely wouldn't have believed it. >"You believe me, don't you?" >But with what Rainbow said and what you witnessed firsthand, you aren't sure anymore... >Once again, you feel your body go fuzzy and next thing you know you have her wrapped in an awkward hug across the table. "Yeah." >She just smiles and nuzzles into your arm. >"I knew you would." >Something then occurs to you. >With a heavy heart, you release her from the hug and glance at your watch. >About and hour and a half before she was expected to be home. >Still, you were pretty much done. >Fluttershy must've checked herself as she breaks the momentary silence. >"It's getting kind of late, maybe we should go... I mean, if you want." >You can't help smiling a bit as you nod. >You whistle to the same waiter, seriously though, he's the only one you've seen thus far. >With a simple smile he takes the dishes and leaves a piece of paper. >"I hope everything was to your liking." >You nod and he goes on his way. >Now for the moment of truth. >You flip the bill upright, and... >Well can't say you're surprised. >You reach for your wallet. >You're interrupted by your jaw dropping as you look at Fluttershy. >She must be used to paying on her own as she's shuffling through her own wallet. >It's literally having trouble staying closed. >Just stack upon stack of hundreds. >Once again you feel your status as a male threaten to crumble. >Actually? Fuck that. >You reach out, and with way more effort than you're comfortable admitting, you close her wallet. "I got this." >You say as you pull out two hunnies >"Oh you don't need to do that." >You're actually tempted to let her have her way. >But you're no cuckold. >Still gonna miss those 2 hundred though. "I know." >She smiles and blushes. >Definetly worth it. >Leaving a generous tip with remainder of the payment, you and Fluttershy exit, her hand in yours. >As you do so you see the waiter give you a strange signal. >Though you could've sworn you've seen it before. >You just nod and he chuckles. >'Weirdo...' >As you enter the car you take note of how Fluttershy hides her face from you. >The trip back to her home goes faster than you would've liked. >You feel a little disappointed to see the night come to an end but you remain resilient. >She was silent the whole time. >'Probably just tired.' You thought. >As you pull up in front you turn to her, expecting to see her shuffling to get her things. >Instead you see her hiding behind her hair again. >The small part of her face that you can see is crimson. >She doesn't move. "Hey shy? You alright?" >"y-yeah... It's just." >She slides her hair from her face revealing a deep blush and watery eyes. >She goes quiet for just a second. >"Today was just so... Wonderful. I guess I just don't want it to end." >For the last time that night, you felt your heart skip a beat and the feeling of your internal light switch. "Me either. But that doesn't mean we can't do something like this again." >She looks up to you expectantly and hopeful. >"W-what are you saying?" >You take both her hands in yours. "Fluttershy." >You take a deep breath. "Will you be my girlfriend?" >Even though it took only about 5 seconds, it felt like 50 years as you waited for her response. >You nearly had a heart attack as you saw tears in her eyes. >It turned to ecstasy when you saw her smile. >She frees her hand from your hold and knocks the wind out of you when she pulls you into a tight embrace. >"Nothing would make be happier~" >You can feel her tears on your face. >You return the embrace and just stay like that for a while. >Nothing matters except her at this point. >Not even the flowers you forgot to give to her... >Oh shit, the flowers! >It was genuinely painful when you broke the hug. >She didn't seem to mind though. >You pulled the yellow roses out of their place between your seat and the compartment. "I, uh, kinda forgot to give these to you..." >Her eyes grew and she covered her mouth with a hand. "It's fine if you don't like them, it's just, they reminded me of yo-" >You're cut off by her lips connecting with yours. >You're surprised but you eventually relax into it. >You're caught off guard again when you feel something soft and warm gently prodding your lips. >You obey and part them allowing her tongue to enter your mouth. >Initially it's a little odd, but you adjust to it and she moans in approval. >You continue to gently wrestle her tongue with your own until you're both tired and out of breath. >A single strand of saliva connect you two as you both gasp for breath. "Wow..." >She giggles, obviously tired and then sighs in content. >"I love you Anon." >You didn't think you could blush any harder. >You were wrong. >You struggle to find words that would even begin to compare to how hers made you feel. "I love you too." >You feel a little better once you see her blush darken. >You just sat there in each other's company. >Occasionally, she would fix some of the pedals in the bouquet. >You unintentionally picture her in a wedding dress when she does this. >You had to cover your face to keep her from seeing your blush as well. >Soon enough it was time for her to go, and this time she did. >You still felt disappointed, but then you remembered what she said. >"I love you." >You walked her to the door and she gave you one last kiss on the cheek before she went inside. >As you sat in the car reliving the night's events, you look at her door. >Her father stood there smiling. >You smiled back and he nodded before closing it. >And with that, you turned the key and went home to an empty house and something you've never had before. >A girlfriend.
