'I look with my eyes for pinkie pie (better precise xD)' > You scoot down a few steps to peak in to the main room from the banister to where the party is happening. > You spot Pinkie Pie shaking her 'groove-thang' as several other ponies leave a circle of space for her, several clopping their hooves on the floor in time with the music's beat. > A random pony from the crowd spots you peaking and nods to you before looking back to the dancing Pinkie Pie. > What do you want to do next? 'I join the dancing ponies :P' > You decide to scoot the rest of the way down the stairs, one at a time, before reaching the bottom. > You look towards the room where the party is taking place with all the ponies and then look to the empty kitchen in front of you with a dining table and chairs set out - no food on the table or anything. > Are you sure you want to join the others? What will you do? 'I sit down (on a chair?) and wonder what am I doing here.' > You do just that. > Several minutes pass until a mare walks in to the kitchen. > She nods to you before reaching for a cabinet. > From it, she grabs herself a cup and a bottle of orange squash, pouring some in after she set her cup steady on the work surface below. > You ponder over things, occassionally glancing over to her from time to time as she continues. > She heads to the sink and fills it up to the brim with water, before turning to leave with the cup of squash balancing on her back. > She smiles to you as you take notice as she leaves the kitchen. > You return to your thoughts, still feeling slightly tired from your workshift earlier on today. > What do you do next? 'I take some of the orange juice and go to see her.' > You go fetch yourself a cup and some of the orange squash still left in the bottle, pouring in some for yourself. > You take the cup with squash in it to the sink and fill it most of the way. > Afterwards, you make your way to the kitchen door before being surprised by the sudden appearance of the party's DJ, Vinyl. > The sudden jolt sent the cup you were holding steady between your teeth (since you lacked the grace of the mare beforehoof) upwards quickly, splashing your eyes with orange squash. > It stings like buck as you release the cup from your grasp, your eyes tightly sealed shut. > The DJ uses her magic to grab a hold of the cup before it could hit the floor, but enough had gotten on the floor to cause you to slip and fall on your flank and hit the back of your head on the table. > The DJ magics the cup up on to the table and quickly rushes over to you, checking to see if you were okay, licking her forehoof and fluffing it through your mane to see if the collision left a mark or worse. > Fortunately, it was just a light bruise that was starting to form. You'd be okay. > She helps you up, offering you to put a foreleg across her withers for support. > You do so as you get up to then be placed on the seat directly next to you from where you landed. 'I just give her an awkward smile and say thanks' > You wince from the pain and open one eye. > Looking a bit flushed and rubbing the back of your head with a forehoof, you say your thanks to her. > "No problem, don't mention it." > You ask her if she's just here for disc-jockeying. > "I came with the music, I saw the party and I conquered the booze." She says, cooly, brushing a hoof through her mane as she finishes. > You take notice of her trademark glasses and how you can barely make out her eyes through them. > "You sure you're gonna be okay? Those... glasses look a little thick on the tinted lenses there." > "Are you implying I can't hold my liquor?" she slurs out, somewhat inebriated. > She draws circles with a forehoof across your chest as you're leaned back against the chair you are in. > She's leaning closely towards you, wearing nothing but a sly smile and those glasses that are ever-so-hard to see through. > Turning around and walking away, she says 'Hm. See you around, kid.' > As she leaves the kitchen to head back to the party, she sways her flanks from side to side as she goes, nearly slipping up on the unmopped puddle from the earlier slip. > Fortunately, she managed to hold herself steady again with the help of the doorframe before she was out of sight. > You could hear her laughing to herself, being inebriated as she was. > You lean back and look up to the kitchen light. > What do you do next? 'I smile and follow her.' > You get up to go follow her. > However, you take notice of the accident on the floor from moments ago. > What will you do?: Mop it up or step cautiously over it? 'I mop it up :P' > You pick up a mop and bucket from the corner of the kitchen and begin to clean up the mess. > You grab a few paper towels and proceed to dry up the spot where you mopped. > What will you do next? 'I look for Vinyl' > You put the cleaning utensils away accordingly and set off to the party room in search for the DJ. > As you go through the corridor, Pinkie Pie walks on by and smiles at you, heading for the little filly's room. > Another colt also happens to pass by you, making their way to the kitchen. > You proceed to the party and look for the tables where the DJ would most likely be operating behind. > You spot her instead doing some dancing with the rest of the ponies, more inebriated than she was just moments ago. > Instead, at the tables, you spot her close friend, working to hide some bottles away in the cabinets underneath the operative controls. She looks pretty peeved at Vinyl's antics and appears to be rolling her eyes at the scene before ducking back down again, placing another bottle in the cabinet below. > You also spot the other mare from the kitchen, sitting by a table to the side of the scene, watching on with a smile as you can see their cup of orange squash on the table next to them, reminding you that in your cleaning up duties, you forgot to pick up your own cup of squash, if any remained. > What do you do next? 'I make a happy face to her, smile and join her. "Hey, may I join you? Do you want some drink?"' > "Hey, would it be alright if I...?" > "Yeah, sure! Take a seat. Here." > She pulls the seat next to her open for you. > You take your seat and the two of you enjoy the festivities as everypony else seems to be taking their groove to the dancefloor as the two of you discuss things about the party and some of the guests. > She seems pretty lively and energetic - not in the same way that Pinkie is, but she certainly makes you feel comfortable and not alarmed like the pink, party-tastic mare. > What would you like to discuss? 'well, get to know her (I don't even know her name!)' > You find that her name is Blue Whisper, pretty cute but kinda unmatching to her personality. > You find she has interests in badminton and with her being a pegasus pony, she certainly does have that sporty build about her. 'I ask her if she's doing anything after the party~~' > "So what have you got planned after the party's over?" > "Well, I've got a meet-up with some of the girls back at the market - one of my friends, Golden Harvest, runs a stall there and the others go abouts their business picking up their groceries during the evening hours before they start to pack up there. Things go cheap when you take the later hours, you see." > What will you do? What will you say? "Wow, you sure sound busy. Anyway... you like to play Badminton, huh? That's pretty cool! I too love sports and I like to be competitive with others. Maybe we should hang out and play sometime, Ms. Whisper?~" > "Hmm... perhaps." She smirks in response. > She gets up to turn and head towards the kitchen to return her now-emptied cup of orange squash. > What do you do next? 'Thank Ms. Whisper for her time and move away from the table.' > You thank Ms. Whisper for her time and company and you both part ways. > She heads towards the kitchen with the intent to wash and put her emptied cup away. > What do you do next? 'Go speak with Vinyl's close friend.' > You head on over to the turntables when you find a gray, earth-pony mare who holds herself with a regal air. > What do you do/say? 'Introduce myself and ask why she looks so annoyed during this awesome party.' > You do just that. > "If you can keep it a secret, I'm ensuring that Vinyl's current condition does not come to a point where she could really hurt somepony. Her inhibitions can be rather... violent, once she's intoxicated enough." > She flashes you a glimpse of the bottle she was about to put away before doing so. "I see. And don't worry, I won't talk. But, I'd like to know how a good looking, high class mare like you got stuck looking out for... somepony like Vinyl.~" > The mare glares at you, with the seething fury of a thousand suns held beneath her regal composure. Barely. > "At the moment I am quite occupied and I wish not to be disturbed... so if you'd excuse yourself and go abouts your business, it'd be much appreciated." > What do you do now? "Well, if you say so...! I never did catch your name by the way. Perhaps we can chat some other time?" > She continues busying herself with putting the remaining bottles away. 'I return to the dance floor and dance close to Vinyl.' > "H-Hey~! *hic* Yoou'rrre that guy from earlier! Ooo-woooohhh!! Howwww'sithangin'?" > She continues to dance, somewhat groggily next to you and the group of other ponies on the dancefloor. "Livening up the dance floor, that's what. Wanna join me?~" > Seems to appreciate your company as the two of you and the surrounding ponies continue to dance through a few songs. > However, you have caught the attention of a grey, earth mare, still behind the turntables. > What do? 'I proceed to get closer to Vinyl in time with the music, and also help her stay on her hooves as she dances with me.' > As you do so, you can make out a clattering sound from amongst the loud music. But it doesn't matter, you're busy dancing. > From behind the turntables, the grey earth pony decides to pull out a vinyl record of her own from a briefcase she had to one side of her working area. > She switches out the current disc in exchange for one of Vinyl's more personal favourites. > The music is hard and fast. The drop is flawless, the rhythm is driving you crazy, but Vinyl is clearly loving it. > However, as your dance partner, she's become rather reckless. > Vinyl ends up spinning you around and around on your hooves until you begin to feel queezy. > You end up being spun towards the corridor and out of the crowd. > Vinyl continues dancing like a loon as the grey earth pony smirks over at you in your ill state. > From your place at the door of the party room, you hear more noises from behind you. > You feel like heading out to get some fresh air. > What will you do? 'Instead of risking public humiliation by losing my lunch, I decide to trot out for some air.' > You head back through the partying crowd towards the front door and outside to get some fresh air. > The air is cool during these late evening hours. > You can either head home, back to the party, perhaps to the market or somewhere else. 'I decide to head to the market. I knew Octavia was going to continue making my life miserable at the party if I don't ease of Vinyl.' > You make your way towards the market just past the bakery and spot several of the stalls already packing away.  > You spot several mares hanging around who you made out to be Golden Harvest at her stall. > They look... nervous... for some reason. > What do you do? 'I approach the group and ask what is going on... while looking for Ms. Whisper.' > You approach the mares and ask them if anything was the matter, looking around for Ms. Whisper. > You bring up if they had seen Blue Whisper, given what she had told you about her friends earlier at the party. > You tell them that you just came from the party. > One of the mares stands dead still. > "Shit." > She dashes off in the direction of the party. > The other mares decide to make haste and follow after her. > Golden Harvest doesn't waste her time packing away her stall and decides to leave it behind. > You follow after them, queezy as you may be, still. > Golden Harvest breaks the door down to the party, charging head first ahead of the group. > "Where's... *pant* Where's P-Pinkie Pie?!?" > The music has stopped at their abrupt entrance. > The crowd falls silent. > The only sound that could be heard is clattering from the kitchen. > Golden Harvest and the rest of you file slowly towards the corridor leading to the kitchen. > Ahead of you, you see Golden has reached the the kitchen door. > Her facial expression is that of shock, but soon turns to crestfallen. > You walk up to her and put a hoof on her left wither, looking over and into the kitchen to see what had caused her to react in such a way. > The scene before you can be best described as disturbing. Truly disturbing. > Across the floor was a puddle... you... wish you hadn't seen it. > At least the juice you left on the table earlier was ok. > White. > A white, sludge-like substance. > From the cabinet to the side of the kitchen you hear kicking and screaming. > Golden carefully trots around the... puddle... and makes her way over to the cabinet. > She rips off the many straps of tape that had sealed the handles tightly together. > Tumbling out from the cabinet is Pinkie Pie, all tied up. > Tape across her muzzle. 'Rip the tape off Pinkie's mouth.' > (Pinkie): "W-We have to go. Now!!"
