You listen to an audio file and get hypnotized into thinking you're a technicolored cartoon horse. Yeah it's a little autistic but you browse an anime imageboard devoted to My Little Pony so shut up fag.
 
A warning: There are enough horror stories about this Pony Hypnosis shit floating around from the old /mlp/ Pony Hypnosis General (including one alleged suicide) to warrant telling you that this can potentially be dangerous.

The following files are just here to give you a fun experience that you can have in private or with ponyfag friends. These files should provide a couple hours of escapism; not a total replacement for your shitty life. Yes, there are people who have used the following files to convince themselves that they were ponies 24/7.
