A Framework is a structure, frame, a mold for doing stuff.
Making a framework is basically taking all the things you do to do something and writing them down, and doing them always the same way, in the same way, in the same order, until it becomes routine, even if that is not the goal.

A Framework is a structure, a mold, a frame, it's a way of thinking, knowing all the steps that you take to accomplish something and writing them down.
It's a like a factory, it has its feedstock, then that feedstock gets processed or transformed into something else, it involves a lot of processes.
Then after knowing all the steps that you take to make something, you looking into the details of the process and looking for places where you can improve and do it faster.
And after that, just do it, run it like a computer script, a browser takes a lot of process and steps to open, the same happens with your Framework.
They are strict procedures to finish what you want to do, which is the objective of your Framework.
