The Human Viewpoint: A village has a strange affliction. Every so often, children come down with a mysterious sickness. They're a bit...off, having a strange half baked appearance with an elvish caste to their looks. Still, they're harmless enough and don't seem to cause trouble. But this disease inevitably kills them before they grow up. This has been going on for awhile, and while it's tragic life goes on. But a new tragedy has stuck: outbreaks of random rage and violence have cropped up everywhere, often surrounding these children. Some of them have even been attacked, and stabbed. And when the last one of them was buried, something burst out of his grave...
What's Really Going On: A classic changeling situation, complicated by the arrival of a predator that hunts the changeling species. A vampire!
