In fact thier physical appearance is almost identical to a regular human. History[edit] Time Lords are ancient extradimentional race hailing from the planet Galifrey. Not much is known about the time lords due to the fact that thier planet was destroyed during the last great time war. Society[edit] Time Lord were the custodians of time, flitting from age to age in time machines to fix anomalies and prevent alterations in the time stream. After the fall of Galifrey however, very few time lords continued to follow the old way, prefering to go thier own way. Time Lord Names[edit] A Time Lords true name must never be spoken. However each Time Lord takes on a title beginning with "the". These names are typically gender neutral, but masculine and feminine versions exist, such as "The Master" and "The Mistress" Titles The Doctor, The Historian, The Engineer, The Optimist Time Lord Traits[edit] A Being with a non-linear, non-subjective point of view. Ability Score Increase. Time Lords rely on thier vast intellect and charisma to get them through tough situations. You gain +3 to Intelligence and +1 to Charisma. Age. TIme lords do not show physical signs of aging past thier first regeneration and can live for about 1000 years without regenerating. Alignment. Due to thier lonley lives spent among other peoples, the remaining Time Lords have become more chaotic. However some have upheld the old ways and remained lawful. Size. Your size is medim Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet. True Sight.. From Generations of seeing and manipulating time, your race has learned to see things as they really are. You have True sight out to 120 feet. Retrocognition and Precognition.. 3 times a day you may spend 1 minute to look into the history or past for a number of days equal to your Int bonus.The only limitation, is that you can only see what will happen at your current location; you cannot foresee events in some distant place, or wander about your vision. Retrocognition is the same, but works in reverse. In both cases, the DM controls what is prominent. You cannot have both versions of this power at the same time. Telepathic Link. Your race has developed how to communicate with eachother through telepathic links. Once at day, one creature you touch must make a charisma saving throw equal to ten plus your Intelligence modifier plus your proficiency bonus. On a failed save, you enter the creatures mind. While inside a creatures mind, you may view its entrie life, (DM chooses what is prominent) and may communicate with it telepathically, regardless if oyu dont speak its languages. Willing creatures and creatures that are unconsious or sleeping do not make the saving throw, but are automatically linked with you. Two Hearts. A Time Lord has two hearts, increacing thier bloodflow and making them harder to kill. You have advantage on death saving throws. Extradimentional Nature. Due to the nature of your origin, cretures find it hard to control you. You have advantage on saving throws against spells with effects that would charm or frighten you. Regeneration. When a Time Lord fails all his death saving throws, he may begin a process called regeneration. A radiant energy erupts from his body as he regenerates into a new form. This process takes 1 minute. During regeneration, the Time Lord must re-roll his ability scores, Hieght, and Weight. You re-choose your class, while you retain your character level. If you have any feats, you re-choose your feats, or take an ability score improvement as normal. At the end of this process, creatures within 30 feet of you take 3d10 radiant damage. In addition, after you regenerate, you are treated as having been reavived under the Resurrection Spell. However, if an effect would last for 1 day, it would only last 1 hour.
