Just information about the setting. It may not be necessary for future parts. But who cares? it's fun to make this stuff!

It starts the same as most, massive gender imbalance. I don't feel the need to even explain how that is.
However in this world to meet the massive number of pregnancies necessary to maintain the population men live in separate complexes. They are supplied anything you could really want until they are deemed suitably mature (usually from 16 to 21) at which time they are placed in a coma like state and their sperm harvested. This ensures far more pregnancies than sexual reproduction. 

A massive excess female population is purposely maintained and placed into different categories:

Girlcow: Enormous farm complexes contain billions of these. Raised from birth as farm animals they lack language, or as a result human intelligence. They are bred constantly from the moment they reach adulthood and all commercial meat is derived from these creatures.

Domestic animals. Usually puppygirls or girl-cats. Like girlcows they are raised to adulthood as animals, thus lack language skills. Typically however later exposure to humans makes them a fair amount smarter than farm animals. The owner chooses if they are bred or not.

Neither of the above categories are considered 'human' in universe. Having sex with a puppygirl would, for instance, be seen as bestiality and thus disgusting to the average person. Though, the fact that these puppies look the same as you makes that taboo a little more common.

Slaves: Actually extremely rare. Slaves only exist to please overseers, never for labor. The average woman will never see one. A slave has no rights and can be killed at any time. Like domestic girls the owner chooses if they breed and all offspring are considered slaves.
Essentially slaves are expensive, disposable sex toys.

Humans: The average woman on the street. The population of these is only a few million. Human women are never enslaved or processed unless for some bizarre reason they want to be. Due to the fact nations, war, or other such things no longer exist laws are much looser. A woman may choose to be tortured and snuffed by her lover without repercussions if that is what she wants. Again though, that's only a little more common than in our world. Each woman is expected to bear at least one child. However that obligation can vary depending on the present population level.

Overseers: The only equivalent to a government in this world. These woman are tasked with making sure reproductive material gets to where it's needed. Seeing that population levels (animal and human) stay stable. And, though it is rarely a concern, making sure society stays stable.
The benefits include unlimited money, the right to keep as many wives as they desire, and access to slaves.

An overseers can designate one child (of their own or a wives child) as their successor provided that child passes a test to determine competence.
