- Open cmd.exe and naviagate to the directory with the cd command should look something like this:

cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BLUE REFLECTION\DATA

- Run this command: a18_decrypt PACK00_02.pak

You could also just drag the PACK00_02.pak file over the a18_decrypt program and it'll create the file in that directory.

One would only need to upload the missing files actually. There's no need to upload the whole pak file. Just sayin'. Thank goodness I made a backup before they patched it.
