Mistress sent us to the butcher.  She ordered one of us to return with the other butchered and packed.  As sister-slaves, we love each other, yet our love for Mistress is so devoted and inculcated into our DNA that we could only obey gratefully.  

The Butcher brings us in back and has us strip.  We both want to live to continue to serve Mistress but we trust the Butcher’s judgment.  Naked, we hug and say good-bye.  His hands examine us.

“You’ll do,” he says as we hear him sharpen his blade.  As my throat is cut, my sister-slave looks relieved.
