What do you propose? >She squee’s, and changes her form to a pink filly. >”Okay, here’s the plan…” So, what are you? >You ask. >”I’m a… Changeling.” A changeling? >”Yeah, lots of ponies hate us, or don’t even know we exist.” How about your parents? Where are they? >Chrysalis looks down to her hooves. >”I… Don’t know.” >You go silent as well. >She then perks up with determination. >”B-but I don’t need them! I do fine just by myself!” >You nod. >Her ego was impossible to penetrate. So, what can a changeling do? >”Well…” >She squints her eyes and focuses, her horn glowing green. >She then turns into mom, then the elderly donkey, and then you. >”I can change forms.” She says, with your own voice. That… Is… >She recoils back to her form, trying to shield herself. AWESOME! >She freezes. >”You think this is cool?” Yeah, how many ponies do you know that can change forms? I’ll tell you, none! You’re special, Chrysalis. >She smiles lightly, and then blushes. >Then she shakes her head, and her ego kicks in. >”Well, YEAH, of course it’s awesome!” >She then droops again. >”Too bad no pony else feels the same…” >You put your hand on one of her hooves. Hey, no worries, I’m not a pony. >She stares at your hand for a while, and you can see her face slowly flushing. >You then realize what you are doing, and you slowly pull back. >She stares into your eyes for a while, her deep green reflecting the soft moonlight. >Then she rears up and punches your arm again. >”Oh, so that was what it was about, huh, Anon?” >Your little brain just goes whut. >”It was a work up to touch my hooves?” >Scratch that, twenty different flavors of whut. >She turns rather quickly and rushes to the corner again, avoiding your gaze. >You can still see the blush running on her cheeks. >You, still shocked on the whole situation, slowly raise your hand to rub your arm. >For a girl, she punches pretty good. >You then feel your hand, trying to understand what you just felt. >You then shrug it off, and go off to help mom. >Chrysalis, pants lightly in the corner. >She lightly slapped herself to stop the blush. >Then she felt something. >Something very sweet. I still don’t think it is good idea… >”Trust me, Anon, I got this.” >You sigh and move into your hiding spot. >Chrysalis, in her new form, goes to lie on the road. >A carriage soon passes by, and she yelps out in pain. >Of course, this was all a ruse. >The ponies immediately get out and go over to Chrysalis. >Whaddaya know, even with her bad acting and annoying voice crack, she can still get it done. >Time to get your part done. >The two ponies rush to the pink filly, with her ragged cloak. >One of her front leg is deformed, jet black decay. >She wails quite loudly. >”You hit me!” She shouts. >The two ponies pass each other confused glances, and then look down to the squealing pony, confused. >”I’m sure I didn’t feel anything.” >”Me neither, what should we do?” >Between the cries, Chrysalis cannot help smiling. >These ponies were eating it up. >She could taste the lukewarm taste of pity from the two, and the cold, cold guilt. >She moved around some more, and looked to the back of the carriage. >She saw the little patter of two legs disappear into the alley. >She paused, rubbing her ‘hurt’ leg. >”Can you help me?” She says, her eyes widening. >The two stallions b’awws, and tries to get her on her legs. >Then she glances to see Anon poking his head down, motioning to her. >”Well, I would love to join, boys…” >Chrysalis jumps to the ground, then starts running. >”But I gotta dash!” She runs under the carriage, and then to the alley. >You are waiting for her in the alley, holding a box full of familiar chemicals. >The glass vials jiggle in the box loudly, as you run through the maze-like backalleys of Lower Canterlot. >You can hear out the angry shouts from behind. >You’re not sure if it’s Chrysalis or the two stallions. >Chrysalis tails you; she’s still unfamiliar with the workings of the invisible roads. >She can feel the spicy taste of anger behind her, and she hates spicy. >She jumps to your back, latching onto it. >She wraps her front legs around your neck. >You? >You do what everyone would do. >Panic. >You jump and you feel the hooves on your back then your neck, and you run faster than a zebra. >Your legs scream in agony, but your scared mind wouldn’t care. >You pace through faster, nearing home. >You then hear the excited squeals and laughs of Chrysalis, right on your ear. >That’s when you slow down. >You can't hear the stallions any more. >You try to stop, before you trip on a rock. >You and Chrysalis tumble to the ground, the box landing somewhere far off. >From the sound of it, you broke some vials. >You groan as you feel the mud on your lips and up your face. >Great to have your clothes soaked again. >Chrysalis is still laughing on your back, her legs clutching your neck harder. >In a swift motion, you roll to your back, silencing Chrysalis with a mouthful of mud. >She flails her legs, and get off you. >She quickly shoots out of the pile, looking to you with undying anger. >Ohhhh boy. Come on, don’t give me such a dirty look. >You spit out the mud. >You can’t help smiling at the joke. >She feels the same way, and she loses her anger. >That was a nice save, Anon. >You get up, and help Chrysalis up. Who knew this was so much fun? >”I know, right! We should do this more often.” >You walk over and pick up the box again. It’s great to have you, Chrys. >She genuinely smiles at you the first time. >You shake your head, losing some grime up there. >Darn, you’re going to need a shower back home. >Bet mom would be so excited over this… >”You thought I would be excited?!” Her shouts ring at your ears. >”We help ponies, Anon, not steal from them!” >You stare at your feet. >Were they always that big? >Mom sighs. >”Anon, I know you wanted help, but- but-“ >She rubs her forehead. >”Go to your room. You’re grounded for a week.” >Before you can bring up an argument, you are silenced by mom’s heavy coughing. >She clutches her chest and her mouth, holding back the green goo. >You rush over and grab a vial, and hand it to her. >She takes it immediately, forcing the chemicals down. >Finally, she gasps for air. >She smiles lightly to you, before pointing up to your room. >”You’re still grounded.” >You let out an annoyed whine, before trudging up the room. >Chrysalis smirks at this sight, and walks away. >”Oh no, you too, Chrysalis.” >She pouts, crosses her front legs and flies over to your room. >She then pushes you to the side, and goes in. >You shoot your hands up in annoyance, and follow. >You slam the door, and face Chrysalis. >She’s on your bed, sitting position mimicking yours. >She still has her legs crossed, staring at something on the floor. >”How can she say that?” How can she say that? >The two of you shout at the same time. >After all that work… >Well, you have to admit, it was bad. >Stealing is wrong. >But hey, you don’t have any money. >What were you suppose to do, get a job? >That’s just nuts. >You sit on your bed, slightly brushing past Chrysalis. Well, at least it was fun. >”Yeah… It was.” >You sigh, and fall to the bed. >You stare at your decaying ceiling, and bite your lip. >Man, you just got grounded, and you are already bored. >”You’re fun.” Chrysalis comes up next to you, and sits down. Ch’yeah, I’m Anon. >Chrysalis inches closer, and closer. >Then she quickly kisses you on the cheek, and hops off the bed. >By the time the door closes, you are feeling the place she kissed. >Chrysalis- >Kissed you? >EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
