Personality: Caramel is the typical meek, scatterbrained and skittish type, who can barely keep track of a conversation and would rather hang out by herself than try to swing by and say hi to someone on the way, pony of a few words, blunt in her responses, dreamy, frequently caught listening to the nearest source of music, staring at nothing or reading detective and adventure comic books, she barely even talks to her parents when they are around. Tending to enjoy talking to pets or herself a lot more than its probably healthy for a normal pony and is absolutely terrified by bugs that are larger than an ant and have can fly, which often tends to keep those that are more judging away from the mare while the others rightfully tend to forget she's even there since she's so quiet. Although, despite the somewhat quirky appearance and despite being very anxious and nervous around others, rarely being the one to approach a pony she doesn't know especially in a place she's never been before, she really does sincerely enjoy talking and hanging out with others after getting past the first stages of starting the conversation and she LOVES anything that is remotely exciting and includes more than one person, simple group games and adventures alike, she adores it just like it all with a passion, almost as much as she adores home made pancakes, maple syrup and parties filed with sweet things to eat, being the bearer of an almost legendary sweet tooth. Background: Caramel Heart's life was one of comfort, rarely having been through something other than teenage drama or has been more than a childish menace for her parents, just as it is custom of those living in a large city such as Manehattan coming from a family of nurses in a large apartment near the center of town and plenty of bits to satisfy the needy and whiny teen needs of the, by now, probably spoiled filly, she had plenty of comics of both adventure and detective, fencing swords that she never stopped swinging around when alone, a german shepherd pet and lots of toys, the only thing she really lacked was friends and the will to go out and make/keep any despite being constantly encouraged to do so at school and home, she was scared and shy, every time she faced someone she couldn't find the words to talk, they called her cute but she never really made an effort to keep contacts with anyone, The judging demeanor of most other ponies at her age also didn't help her case, as she struggled to fit in like others could, but she honestly didn't quite care too much, she had plenty of things to have fun with at home.. Not really, just books and television.. With family and the family dog, which really wasn't that bad when they weren't arguing over stupid things like everyone blaming Caramel for all the things that the dog knocks down while she was there to follow him for some reason, along wit having to listen to her parents argue promotions and not being there enough for her, not that she gave it much thought really. The moments after graduating from College were probably the highlight of her life, apart from the fact that her mother couldn't be there due to complications in her work place after the recent promotion to corporal, being a member of the royal guard regiment stationed in town a promotion usually meant needless ceremonious tied with tradition and more responsibilities, and it all happened just in time for her to miss her daughter graduating, nonetheless, her father brought his daughter and the dog for the biggest, bestest outing ever to meet friends at bars and eat at fancy restaurants just for the occasions, the happiest she's ever been in years yet she couldn't help but feel like there was starting to be some hostility between her two parents, because, unbeknowst of her at least, they would soon have to travel out of their home due to a good portion of her mother's regiment being stationed closer to Canterlot, in Ponyville shortly after the news about the changeling attack on Canterlot had spread. It left a big empty hole in her heart to leave, she had made a few friend that she sometimes called up to play with her and all she could do now is say goodbye and promise a few letters, though she was still excited about the prospect of moving to live with her grandmother Wintersong again for sure, and the prospect of having a party almost daily and getting to play fencing with her mother again was a very, very fun thought, despite the grim and somber attitude her parents were emitting while on the train...
