The Moon Prince is the son of Tsukoyomi and a Judeochristian Angel. He takes the form of a caucasion male [5'11] with long white hair and eyes. He wears a light blueish white robe, and has large wings he can retract. His weapon of choice is the Rose Whip, a whip made of white rose petals.

He is the creation of a pre-teen Himiko, shortly after she Awakened, as a bishonen prettyboy character on whom she created numerous pieces of art and fanfiction.
 
His personality [in the fanfiction] is that of an aloof stoic personality, rarely showing emotion and quick to show disdain for his opponent's lack of skill or elegance. When he does show emotion, it tends to be theatrical and over the top.

Unlike his fanfiction inspiration, the real Moon Prince is fully aware that he is merely a fictional character brought to life through magic. The foundation of his psyche is a subconscious fear of rising enemies and he is made up of those parts of Himiko's mind.

He is protective of Himiko, and nostalgic for a time that never actually existed. His mind is filled with memories of events that never actually transpired, both vague memories of his time as fiction, and the actual events of his imaginary divinity. 

Although his Japanese name is Tsuki no Musuko [Son of the Moon], and his English name has always been simply 'the Moon Prince', in his own mind he knows himself as Nise no Kami, the imaginary god. 

TLDR: The Moon Prince is to the Moon Prince as Buzz Lightyear is to Buzz Lightyear.
