1. I'm going to make sure Luke/Honey get pardoned for their acts of vandalism

2. I'm going to make sure Celestia/etc knows I have given Honey permission to use the Ur-Lucius under supervision. Probably won't be too big on that, but whatever.

3. Getting the lion and leaving it in the Empire to be trained by a nameless NPC

4. Inventory swapout [adding books and clothes from the Empire, in addition to the ones I got from Canterlot, as well as getting a few items just in general]

5. Isha
-Time anchor Isha offscreen by taking her right to future and right back
-Have her absorb the former Isha, which if she's not awake is essentially just an override.

6. Twilight
-Add her to the party
-Have her study the Heart and create a dowsing spell for Nau
-This spell can detect if Nau is within a few hundred [300-400] feet.
-This spell can also detect Nau's exact era/year, if Twilight casts it near the Crystal Heart.

7. 
Spring Thing:
-Its a magic item
-Brought by Cadence
-Didn't exist in Nero's time
-Wasn't made by Sombra

8. 
Sombra:
-Calm, composed, intimidating, enigmatic, cautious
-Not theatrical
-Did [and probably does] genuinely love Nero. Its not a case of cliche "never really liked you", its a more nuanced "mixed emotions"
-Motivations for betrayal were jealously, pride, and to a lesser degree vengeance for the unicorns
-The vengeance was a partial mental justification to himself, backed up by an imperial mentality.
-His being a sorcerer was not a serious factor, he is not lacking in mental faculty nor was he mad.
-He talks in the Imperial dialect.
-Like Umbra, he is given to outbursts that break his normal calm.
-Most likely reaction to seeing Nero after all this time would likely be an awkward family meeting, punctuated by emotional outburst, like when you meet a family member after a painful divorce or death in the family or after one of you gets out of prison.
