RavenBlackPhoen1x: It was midday the sun was set high the heat index was roughly around 90 degrees and that usually it was told 3pm would be the hottest point in a day to give off that index. At that point of day a male clad in black leather armor lined underneath each piece that covers the most vital parts of the body was carbon steel durable but light in use which didn't hinder movement. The ale in question was a forbidden born of two of the same species but it was taboo to create something like him that could never obey the laws of nature. This Male would stand at a height of 6'7 over the time frame he was 6'5 but over time he ended up being able to grow two inches taller; yet he was lounging against a tree chewing on a toothpick with his arms up and his hands press behind his head where the black short cropped hair with a pentagram design etched in to his skull on the right side. He was rather lazy for someone who enjoys fighting as such he opened his eyes that took on the color of the sea but they were greenish bluish like turquoise color. He stood up feeling the relaxing of his body now hitting him as he stretched out while standing up he rested his left arm on the handle of the Odachi he carried clipped to his left waist band of his jacket that was covered with a black bear fur vest. The odachi in question was black bladed katana sleek in it's manner while the length of the blade in general was of around 3 shaku (90.9 centimeters (35.8 in)); the handle itself was the length of his own forearm wrapped in a red cloth. He began walking around the arena he ended up staying around usually hoping for a fight to come around as he been itching for one as of late He began to kick his boots up as he walked around before he made it to the middle of the arena too get warmed up as he didn't know why he just ended up in the middle as the arena gave off the feel of a football field the length and width of it would give him the location and position he would need if he was ever fighting so he knew where he was. He began too bounce on the balls of his feet as his skin began too come alive like a wild fire would in a forest fire seething through his armor like smoke and as if it was cloaking him in fie a black shadowy mass of flames would lick and burn like a walking man of fire as it gave off the heat and temperature of 1,500 Celsius. The male in general was named Raven a elementalphoenix and blackphoenix a creation that was capable of controlling the four elements but with his own energy added usually he could apply small amounts for huge or rather small uses at best. He was also able too control his own blood cells which was something he learned while he spent time with his mother after he found out she once lived again. He clicked his fangs over the toothpick as he kepted bouncing on his feet while he pushed the glasses he wore up along the bridge of his nose as he warmed up more.

LeoCervantes: A pirate named Leo Cervantes was without honor, not decent bone in his body a truly bad egg. Standing at 6ft tall 180 pounds. Shaggy wild black hair, beard wild and long. Wearing his black pirate hat, and signature coat long and black. Underneath his red coat uniform when he served the crown. He was tactician well versed in warfare. A normal human susceptible to anything a normal human would be. His main weapon the cursed sword Rubil Acxe, [Power The Tyrant: Opposite effect: A long Sword cheap steel easily breakable. The owner of the sword, will pay the cost of using it by suffering its curse Blindness, Mute not able to make sound, Deaf can't hear anything. Power Description: The opposite effect of an external individual [person] force. This takes effect aslong as it originates from an individual being. This ability doesn't change the attacks nature or modify it in anyways only the end result will be opposite of its original conclusion. Example: You slash my neck with a knife result death bleeding out, opposite result healing cuts, Slow-Fast, Hot-Cold, Death- Life and vise versa. Rule[ 1]. If the owner does healing spell on other individual it reflects back to him same rule apply with harm/damage but [doesn't change] the end result, This applys to the cursed sword itself as well. Rule[2]To be the owner of the cursed sword you must disarme the current owner. Than the sword will recognize you as its owner. Disarme by force to remove it or take it away from the owners hands in combat. flicking the sword with finger counts. So long as the the force hitting the sword originates from another individual its valid grounds for disarming this takes [immediate effect upon disarming]. Force behind it irrelevant so long as it meets the [criteria.] The ritual of changing of hands [disarming] is the only way for the owner can rid himself of the sword. Rule [3] If you pick up the sword without completing the ritual of exchanging hands [ Disarming]. No consequences or effect will be fall the thief. The sword won't recognize you as its owner. Keep in mind the sword still belongs to current owner its just in the thiefs hand. All the effects [ Rules ] still apply to its rightful owner. Rule[4] Even if the sword breaks enchanment remains in effect, unless its devine magic or holy weakens the curse. He carrys with him, with him poison of no evils the robs you of your senses, sight, sound and hearing very effective. And the Antidote to said poison.He carrys 6 pistols, only able to make one shot each kinda sucks. Finally his trusted Musket expert in its use one round at a time. /me Leo was drinking his poison No evils and was exploring mapping out the area, found himself in an Arena, notice an individual lurking about, decided to scare him off pulled out his pistol, no bullet in the chamber should scare him "Sorry pal can have you around here this should make for loud bang" - Fired off the shot.

RavenBlackPhoen1x: Raven had been bouncing on his heels keeping his blood flowing till he heard someone out of the blue show up opening his eyes while still bouncing on his feet without even missing a beat he didn't realize this person had been speaking to him till he heard the shot go off but Raven just stayed as he was. It wasn't as if he worried but he was like not paying mind only when the shot went off he looked over and stopped at the moment hoping too feel what would be a bullet in him but he felt nothing and looked around before searching his body….He tilted his head to the right as he looked at the man before rubbing the back of his head. " Umm…old man seems you forgot too load your pistol there….you sure you know how to use that?" He asked as he was curious in that but he was being a smartass as well. Raven stood there now crossing his arms over his chest as he lifted his right foot up and tapped the ground three times with the tip of his feet as he was sending small portions of his energy in to the ground and waited to see what the old man would do next as he wasn't sure who he was and wanted. " Um If you're here to fight you sure a pistol will do the job if it well….was load….sure way too end a fight huh?" He smirked too see what the old man response was as he was waiting (1)

LeoCervantes  " Na mate works just fine wanted give you little fright is all savy" Leo walked over to individual taking out his sword " But I'm gonna need you to die mate no hard feelings" Leo stopped short five feet away from his opponent. Swung his long sword at his opponent to test his strength. 

RavenBlackPhoen1x: Watching the old man walk his way and only stopping five feet away Raven didn't hesitated at all he tapped his foot once more on the ground just when he was swinging his blade towards him; and at that moment he had caused the ground at his feet too shoot in a diagonal angle aimed at the old man shooting up at him in the form of a spear like pillar that erupted from ground countering his blade at the exact moment in attempts too cause him too either back out of the way or simple make him move once more where Raven would take in account by tapping his left foot three times in to the ground again sending small portions in to the earth itself as he was wanting too see where the old man would move towards. " What old man think I am going to just die for yeah eh….sorry mate but you have to work for that piece of treasure if you think it be that easy."

LeoCervantes  Leo feeling the ground shake at his feet spear like pillar, Leo guard with sword try to repel but only got [disarmed], sword flew away odd way forward. Leo didn't move no point. - Thinking- " Checkmate if I'm disarmed you become the owner of Rubil and its curse, Sorry mate". 

RavenBlackPhoen1x: Raven noticing he was disarmed a odd way too fight allowing yourself to be disarmed in a fashion and yet he felt it odd on what the old man told him….curse huh. He thought to himself and smirked as he was going to use the whole tapping foot on the ground as a distraction but well might as well see what curse he himself was in for. The very thought made Raven look forward to it more over his sadistic nature was taking a liking to what it heard…" A curse you say huh…." He walked over too where the blade had fallen and picked it up from the handle twirling it a few times before he turned at a side angle and shouldered the blade in his right hand as he looked at the old man before he bounced on his feet before dashing towards the man who was now 10 feet away from him. Rave closed the distance between the two and aimed the blade in a low arc where he would aim the blade from downward slash and aim it in a upwards angle where he would slash from he old mans left hip to his right shoulder; if connected he would in turn follow up with pivoting his left foot in to the ground and twisting his upper body to the left to bring his right foot up and bringing it up across the old man s left temple with enough force behind it too send him crashing across the ground to the right where the impact should create a dust like cloud around him.

RavenBlackPhoen1x: Raven noticing he was disarmed and at the moment he was he was suddenly unable too see it was as if the whole world went dark. Raven tried too speak but only to find no words yet not even that he couldn’t even hear his own voice much less know if he was even able but yet the sensation he felt was merely how it felt. He closed his eyes as they would be pointless in this fight and knowing he couldn’t hear nor say a word all he could do was feel and that was one thing he could count on yet this old man didn't know that. Raven thought one moment was it to do with that blade it only happen the moment he was disarmed……He grimaced a the thought and knew right then it had to be the right condition was set now too imply…. Clever old man. He smirked as he stood there but as such he was not at a disadvantage here more like had the high ground if it was the right wording. Raven begin too bounce on the heels of his feet sending small portions of energy with each bounce while in turn he brought his wrist up to his lip and bit in to his skin just avoiding any major vein but just where he could let blood drip out as he began too make his move as he brought his left hand up and hoping the old man would go for it indicating for him to come at him with a smirk on his lips. Thought Raven only did think it out but was not truly on spot if anything on how this worked a the moment the man was disarmed he had to guess at best but to him it was still well played.(2)

LeoCervantes  Leo" So its taken effect, ill just go get the sword and end this farce" Leo walks over to the sword picks it up and holds it to impale his heart. thinking " To pick up the sword without disarming, is stealing it will not recognize as its master. The curse stay in effect with its original owner. If the owner harms another that harm will reflect back to him, the sword itself is included in that. Leo proceeded to stabbing himself with raven sword Rubil. 

RavenBlackPhoen1x: Raven stood there waiting even though he didn’t know what was going on much less he would even know the old man was speaking only he had a sense of dread hit him and it was then he had too act even without knowing he lifted his right foot up and smashed it in to the ground with such force he used half his strength to tempt to send a eruption of pillar like spikes rippling through the ground racing in all directions creating a ratio field of a medium size clearing as it was something you see in a forest but the field in general was the portion of a shopping market parking lot of half a foot ball field. As too raven he had too keep this going as the sense of dread hit him and it was a feeling of that his life was on the life and it was something he had too keep going. If the counter attempt worked and kepted the old man at bay from doing what he would do as raven didn't know what it was but if it worked it would allow raven too follow up with constantly sending wave after wave of spikes till the blood that was dripping from his wrist too form up in what he needed as he was as well flinging his blood in all direction's as well as he set the trap.

LeoCervantes  Leo was caught of guard, by the spike pillar tearing out of the earth. Piercing his ripping him apart hundreds pooping out. Leo arms and legs were beyond recognition torn away from the main body by the spikes, his head was pierced from behind spike coming out of his mouth. [Rubil Acxe rule 1 if the owner does healing spell on a another individual it reflects back to him same rule apply to with harm/damage [but doesn't change the end result ] this applies to to the cursed sword itself as well]. Thinking - Sorry mate this fight wasn't about power it was about how quickly you could figure me out, you jumped the gun- All the damage Leo received was passed on to Raven leaving Leo unharmed. 

RavenBlackPhoen1x: Raven lifted his right foot up and slammed it down with every ounce of his energy at the last possible point just before the pillars had ripped the old man apart…..Raven had sent what left of himself of his energy in to the ground where the blood had now soaked within the soil mixing with it all forming and creating while the body was now falling backwards melting in to a pool of blood that oozed from every pore of his body as the temperature of his flames burnt away what was left. At that moment the ground began too crack apart as if a earthquake was form but it was a small like crack that formed just where the body had burnt and melted down as such the ooze itself spilled in to the crack which then followed with an arm being shot out from between the cracks gripping at the ground itself as if too pull what was there out. In all that time Raven had been sending his energy while sending spikes and allowing his blood too mix with the soil in attempts too reform himself with the earth as he did control the four elements it was something he didn't know would work but somehow it did. This was one thing he could use once but as use of his ability of controlling elements it allowed himself. Not the same as coming back alive but more of creating a double for emergency. The double that was Raven stood up and rolled his neck as he pooped what muscle was there and opened his eyes as his form was rather brown but began too take color of the original as if he never left. " Well that was mildly exhausting…..you know old man that curse was a huge hindrance if I hadn't thought of all that without that dread hell I be fully dead without that plan." He bounced on his feet once more and smirked as he brought his fist s up as if expecting a hand to hand fight as he smirked now figured that the effects were no longer in play if the one who owns the blade was killed. " Seems I had too die for those effects to be lifted am I wrong?.... Now if you don’t mind how about we actually get started hmmm."

LeoCervantes  As Leo was unharmed still holding the sword, he returned to be the owner of Rubil all its effects now befall Leo" How many times do I half to kill you boy, I don't have all day to play with you savy" Leo took out his poison started drinking No evil, that feels better, No evil poison effects robs the person sight, voice and hearing. Rubil effect in play does the opposite. Thinking- How much has he learned exactly to what extent? his only experience it once. I don't think he would have every detail but he has learned won't be as easy this time". Leo walking over to raven holding the sword" If your gonna make a move do it cause i got places to be". 

RavenBlackPhoen1x: Raven walked too meet him half way as his body began too give off the heat index of over 1,500 degrees Celsius in turn he found the loophole to the whole thing though he didn't know everything about the man and what he is able to do but he knew destroying the sword was all he could do. Raven closed the gap between the two and attempted too wrap his arms around the old man in attempts too bear hug him; if succeeded he would in turn begin raising his heat index up as his skin began too come alive once more like a rushing wild fire rushing over one like a tidal wave of heat. He intended too try and melt and destroy the blade in turn while doing this. He was going out on a guess and figure if disarming it applies too raven in disarming then it means the old man as the effects but how was the question but that is where he will work out. He would follow up with grasping the old mans wrist the one hold the blade in general and if successful in that he would keep a firm grip on the mans hand from causing the man too dropping the blade as he turns too melt and heat the male up and if worked out right the handle in question would melt in to the old mans hand causing it too not being able to be dropped. In turn too raven destroyed.

LeoCervantes  Leo was caught of guard by raven rushing towards him, grabbed his wrist and ravens body started heating up flames were visible. [Leo felt cold Rubil effect]. Leo got closer to raven nearly headbutting him. " Boy your starting ruin my day with your persistence " Leo took his loaded pistol with his free hand pointed it at hilt of the sword. Were Leo was holding the sword. " Thinking - If the black powder is set off ,by his flames the point of origin of the force is him. So long as that remain true he will be the owner if this works" Pistol was set off by Ravens flame firing to hilt of the sword point blank range. " Lets see who wins this gamble". 

RavenBlackPhoen1x: Raven caught off guard for a second as he grinned and returned the head butt as well but with more force behind it as he countered back to the old man. Raven didn't see the gun nor realize it went off due to the heat but it allowed Raven too act not too be able too help with the what may happened but he did two things in that small second of a time frame; first was lifting his right foot up and smashing it in to the ground at there feet all the while keeping the old man in a bear hug sending energy in to the ground and letting it sit there till he acted once more (1); and the second act was causing a massive explosion with his own heat and flames as sparks began too appear all over his body and around the blade in turn. If all happened and it succeeded as such the explosion would shatter the blade destroying any effect it carried in turn sending both males backwards by the force of the explosion which would cause a double edge sword effect on raven as the explosion with his own flames would cause his upper body too give off rips within his skin that began too spill blood. If all went well in Ravens mind when he would follow up with all this he would have been send 20 feet away from where they stood and he would be covered in blood and his top would be in shreds giving off a look of his upper torso covered in what would look like slash marks as it is the double edge sword effect he has created which allows him to use his blood which began to pool around him.

LeoCervantes  Leo pistol went off hit the mark point blank range, [disarming] Leo, immediately making Raven the owner of Rubil and its effect befall him. Immediately after Raven explosion set off it blew Leo 20 feet away to hell, Leo his body was severely damaged burned to a crisp but alive barely. [Rubil Effect all damage Leo received back to Raven]. " Honestly boy your not that are you, and what hell is he ?" Leo got up looked for the sword after the explosion must of blown to piece, but all he needed was one. " Its been one of hell of chore to put you down, but I plan on sailing out of here savy" Leo found small dagger sized piece on the ground picked it up. "I am still curious as to what in the bloody hell is that boy, best to leave it as mystery i suppose and put it to bed. Leo took the dagger held it to his neck. 

RavenBlackPhoen1x: Raven coughing up the blood he shouldn’t and it to him seems he was late in destroying so even so effects stay. Raven stood up staggering a bit till not knowing the old man was holding a dagger to his throat much less spoke to him. He knew this was not it but even so he was only able too pull off that double once and even that was a gamble. He held his ground knowing in his heart his life was on the line and yet he sensed the dread and his instincts took over and without another thought passing through his head he lifted his right hand up stretching it out as if pointing at the old man turned his palm over where it was now facing the sky and his fingers pressed together before the old man knew as this was Ravens life gamble itself as he was no longer alive per say till his original body is reborn to its younger self this one is the replacement till then. Raven lifted two fingers together towards the sky his pointer and middle finger together as he did that the ground under the old mans feet erupted in a succession of throwing the man off balance if possible causing him too focus more on holding his balance then ending his life as the follow up would be knowing he could see nor hear nor speak but all he could do was trust and let his instincts act. The second follow up would come after with his blood now pulled at his feet he lifted his feet and smashed it in to the ground where he caused the blood too splash upwards all around him creating a sudden droplets to surround his body. He smirked as he let out a roar of two overlapping voices outwards like a howling blast of hot air as the blood droplets were shot forward with the course of how the roar went the airwaves themselves would carry where he would in turn focus on making the blood droplets turn in too needle like sinbon needles. If the first was successful in throwing the old man off balance just enough to try and loose his footing this whole gamble would pay off in the blood droplets being sent towards his entire body knowing it would cause damage to him but in turn it would keep the old man from trying to end his life as well is own as he figured the old man would not be effected. If the needles hit there mark he would at best be seen looking like a hedgehog and raven would have at least suffered damage but not enough too kill him but enough too cause both parties too pass out from over use.

LeoCervantes  Leo as he was slitting his throat suddenly under Leo feet an eruption occurred, causing Leo to jab the dagger into his throat. He throne into the air receiving what seemed like needle piercing his body flying across the sky. Hearing a loud roar echoing through out the Arena with blood in his mouth Leo said " Why won't you just die already ghhh" [Rubil effect all damage Leo received transfered back to Raven. Leo fell to the ground, he picked himself up taking out the dagger from his throat " You are the most unpleasant creature I've had the pleasure to have met. But atleast you'll find peace, if the legend are true. Those who die while owning rubil their deeds in life will be overturn good deeds to bad. I'm guessing you weren't good person so a rotten egg like you will go to paradise" Leo walked over to the body waiting for the effects of Rubil hit him letting him know his opponent is dead. 

RavenBlackPhoen1x  Raven knew it was all a gamble but the one thing that the old man didn't realize the body he was looking began too crumble like sand as if that was all it was as he stood there watching ravens double go back within the earth it was created from the real raven came from behind the trees yawning as he waved and went and sat next on the steps of the arena where he felt sluggish and tired. " Well seems Leo you won this fight but hell seems i made it in time too see the last of this fight I am glad we had the pleasure but i what was there was all a double created from the element of earth in my place as my original form was being remade..... apologize for the tricks but well figured it was one way."  

LeoCervantes  Leo saw the body crumble to sand Rubil effect befall Leo," I need a drink" Leo drank No evil poison and saw Raven reappear, heard his words. Leo responded " I guess heaven didn't want such an unpleasant boy like you can't say that i blamed tham" Leo got his things and moved along " I'll see you around kid try respecting your elders next time get the hint".
