They can totally have things like maximum charge, sledgehammer, or shine shot in their movelists too. Snow Race: Frieza's Race Supers: Phantom Flash (Strike): Dash into the enemy and back to your starting position so quickly that you're invisible; minor damage, but staggers. At close range, you'll automatically add an elbow strike as a second hit for more power. Rain Thunder (Blast): Creates an energy ball above your head that automatically fires a beam at the next enemy you melee. Teeny tiny hitstun w/ no knockback, but comes out quickly and adds free damage to melee. Hold the input to charge it, increasing damage added, though it charges slowly. Chill Ray: (Blast): Counterattack wherein you drop kick the enemy away and follow up by shooting a beam while still in mid-air. Stops ki blasts and strike attacks. High damage for a counter, and teleports to the targeted enemy, but costs 200 ki. Ultimates: Phantom Inferno (Strike): Strike an arms-crossed pose, gain super armor, and drift slowly in any direction with the analog stick. If you hit an enemy, launch into a wild combo filled with teleports, culminating in teleporting so quickly that you appear to duplicate yourself. Good damage, but low range since you don't even stick out a limb to start it; hard to land against an enemy who knows what they're doing outside of stamina breaks, warp combos, and clever shit like using the armor to weave through a beam. Evasive: Mock Bomb (Blast): Dash out of your current position while invincible, like mach dash (though not in that pose). Leave a ki sphere in that position that detonates a moment later, dealing minor damage, but high knockback. Super Soul: I Am Not Impressed. (Activates when receiving damage in excess of 7000 HP) Reduces all incoming damage until the end of the current combo (L). Marshall Race: Female Earthling. Bio: Marshall Janet Blauefaust was a member of the Red Ribbon Army who, for better or worse, sincerely believed in the group's stated goal of creating a strong, centralized authority to rule over the land (most of the Red Ribbon soldiers had no idea Commander Red just wanted to wish to be tall, remember). She's a staunch believer in things like order and hierarchy, and basically prepared her whole life to join a military outfit, giving her a strong grasp of things like group tactics and grand strategies. Marshall's also got an interest in studying history, and is something of a daddy's girl; maintains a strong relationship with her father. Gameplay Overview: Marshall wants to launch herself into the thick of things with her strong melee skills that give her numerous options for dealing with both singular opponents and groups of them. She's slow in movement, and in the speed of most of her normals, but has a high defense and power - and some of her attacks also move her around pretty quickly. A lot of her skills move her around, which can be a blessing or a curse depending on the situation and how they're used. Supers: Strike True (Strike): While the button is held, project a spherical target around yourself that grows as you charge it. When released swiftly attack every enemy in the field, one after the other, alternating between punches and tackles. Not much damage to each target. Punish March (Strike): fierce punches in a sequence while slowly moving forward. Has very little start-up time, and one hit of super armor. Input the button again to add a power-bomb that terminates the move, but deals extra damage, and moves the user and target to the ground. The power-bomb is unblockable. Iron Heart (Power-Up) Strike a pose for as long as in the input is held, gaining super armor for the duration. While active, your ki continually drains, and when you release, you'll gain a temporary defense buff proportionate to the ki spent. Ultimates: Shell Burst (Strike): Numerous shards of green energy explode out from the user, dealing moderate damage to any enemies near them. For a short time, the user's speed is buffed. Gigaton Bullet (Strike): The user moves towards the nearest enemy in a blindingly-fast tackle, dealing heavy damage on contact and sending the upwards in a helpless spinning state. By repeating the input, the user can reverse their current direction, and reset the duration of the move, at the cost of 100 extra ki. This can be repeated until the user runs out of ki. Evasive: Discouraging Blow (Strike) Home in on a nearby enemy and kick them in the stomach before flying straight up. Inflicts temporary attack-down. The enemy has to be very close for the move to work; otherwise, she'll just fly straight up. Super Soul: You Need To Work With Your Commander! (Activates when one enemy takes damage from you and an ally in the same combo) Temporarily increases Ki and Stamina regen rate (M) Kaypa Race: Female Saiyan Bio: Kaypa was born while the Saiyans were under Frieza's thumb. Much like Goku, she was dispatched to a planet while still an infant - not that she knew so, even to this day. See, she wasn't sent to go conquer a planet, she was sent to die there. One of Frieza's mid-level commanders was profoundly racist towards Saiyans, and basically used his position to get saiyan babies dispatched to worlds too powerful for them to handle, where they would surely die, then covered up any record of it. Unlike most of these, Kaypa survived the experience. She was sent to a particularly dangerous jungle world where she learned to hunt and kill to keep herself going, and eventually became the deadliest thing on that planet, all the while embracing her ape side with a zeal and a gusto not seen since Planet Vegeta's primitive days (think Tarzan as a female saiyan). Kaypa is as ruthless and crafty as they come - something you HAVE to be to survive in a place as deadly as she has - and doesn't hesitate to fell enemies with traps, poisons, stealth, and other underhanded means. Since joining the Time Patrol, Kaypa has been getting slowly tutored in things like language and social etiquette, though the former is going better than the latter, and even the latter isn't going too well. While she's a remorseless killer in combat, she's pretty friendly outside of that - she kills to survive, you see, not just out of evil or whatever - though she's often strange, loud, and animalistic. Kaypa is a big eater like any saiyan, and her favorite foods can be summed up as 'fruit - all kinds' and 'meat - all kinds'. She's also developed a love of comic books - visual storytelling works well for somebody who can't read, y'see; her favorites are the superhero ones with lots of fighting. Funfact: she's named after this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caper Supers: Spiny Pitch (Blast) Throws a purple spike of ki forward. The blast moves quickly, pierces enemies, and cannot be blocked, but does low damage. If you are moving when you start this move, you'll keep moving in that direction, albeit slowly, and you can't change direction until the move ends.. Giant's Push (Blast) Flex for a moment before thrusting both arms forward. The thrust causes a large wave of green energy to appear around the user that lurches forward a short distance and then vanishes. Modest damage, but heavy knockback to all enemies affected. You can change where the wave is centered by using the analog stick during the flex. Bright Shout (Blast) A yellow ki shot fired from the mouth. Charge for extra damage. Staggers the enemy on hit. At full charge, if the shot goes past the targeted enemy, it will split into four smaller shots and travel backwards on curving paths, though each of these hits only for minor damage, and they don't cause the stagger. Ultimates: Starbomb (Blast): The user projects a large, bright purple sphere of ki around themselves, then flies to the outside of it and kicks it forward. Deals high damage, and moves very slowly, making it a good trap and pressure tool, but a poor projectile. Killer Instincts (Blast): The user fires a powerful red and yellow ki beam from their hands, while leaning forward with their arms also stretched forward. The user can input forward while it fires to dash through the beam. If they encounter an enemy during this dash, they will violently kick the enemy to either side, and continue dashing. This can diminish the damage done since it knocks them out of the beam, but is great for moving the user out of trouble if they shoot this and miss or something. Evasive: Howling Bomber (Blast): Teleports to a random side of the attacking enemy, holds up a yellow ki ball, and detonates it. Good damage for an evasive, and good for getting out of the hitboxes of ultimate attacks, but possible to dodge the detonation and punish the user. If used while not taking damage: does the same, but to the nearest enemy. Super Soul: Win and live! Lose and die! (Activates once per battle, after health drops to a certain amount) Increases movement speed and attack power (S). Next evasive skill costs no stamina to use.
