Bond is an odd mishmash of abilities and mechanics from other characters, but typically weaker. He's equipped with all the tools and gadgets you could possibly ask for, but you have to know exactly which one to use and when, or you'll just get yourself killed. A bit like what it's really like to be a spy. Or so I have read.
