A Jet Set Radio-style game with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Also skateboards instead of roller blades.
Open world. Takes place in its own continuity with characters from all across the TMNT franchise.
Features the boost dash from JSRF, the trick system from JSRF, and the ability to select your tricks.

Story:
The TMNT are on the cusp of defeating Savanti Romero, who was inches from conquering the world with a magical energy field that will remake the world in the image of whatever enters it. A spate of slapstick shenanigans causes Mikey to accidentally drop his skateboard into the magical energy field.
So the world is instead remade in the image of skateboarding (complete with tricking, graffiti, and music to skate to).
