When the button is released, it takes off, suddenly launching in an upwards arc while Andy hangs from the landing gear with one hand, his wrench in his mouth. As the charge time of the move goes up, it carries him further. If the move reaches maximum charge, the helicopter instead becomes a battle helicopter with a quick burst of light, which fires it's minigun downwards, automatically pointing at the nearest enemy beneath it. The minigun fires four shots, which are invisible and so fast as to be borderline-hitscan, but deal only minor damage and knockback. Causes helplessness, and the recovery angle cannot be controlled. Andy's descent in the air is halted while charging this move. Neutral B: Tank You - A team-color tank springs up under Andy's feet, and he starts pounding on it with a hammer while the button is held. Upon release, the tank lurches forward ahead of him, dealing damage to anyone it hits and carrying them forward, before coming to a sudden stop and firing it's main cannon, which doesn't shoot an actual projectile, but just creates a damaging cone of fiery energy. The distance the move travels goes up as it charges, as does the damage of the shot at the end, and at full charge, it turns into a medium tank, which does even more damage with the charge and the shot, but travels slower. Andy's descent in the air is slowed while charging this move, and the tanks themselves ignore gravity. Side+B: Forward Artillery - A team-color artillery unit appears in front of Andy in a cloud of black smoke, and Andy starts to adjust something on the back of it with a torque wrench while the button is held. While the button is held, a cursor appears that the player can freely control via the analog stick, and upon release, the unit fires, and a second later, an explosion occurs at the cursor. If the player charges the move to maximum, the artillery unit becomes a rocket unit, which causes an explosion where the cursor is, and five more small ones near it. Down+B: Submarine - A team-color submarine teleports in at Andy's location, and he begins working on it with an acetylene torch while the button is held. When the button is released (or the move reaches full charge), it sinks down about one character-height, and vanishes, as if it just went under water. If an enemy or attack touches the spot where the sub was when it vanished, it reappears in a splash of water, doing modest impact damage and knockback, before vanishing. Charging the move causes the sub to be larger when it reappears, with the no-charge variant being downright cute. At full charge, it instead turns into a large torpedo, which explodes when triggered, doing more damage. Final Smash: Orange Star Assemble! - Andy throws a small bomb forward. If it hits an enemy, it explodes into a cloud of smoke. The scene then shifts to Andy, and the rest of the Orange Star COs, in a war room, around a table with a miniature of all enemies hit by that initial cloud of smoke on it, and numerous miniatures of team-color soldiers and vehicles, and Andy nods, with a serious expression. The scene then cuts again to the enemy in an open field, surrounded by 'real' versions of these soldiers and vehicles, which open fire on the enemy(s), dealing heavy damage and knockback to the foe. Note: Andy's vehicles are sized to be about as big as he is in terms of total volume, so his hitbox doesn't change much in size while charging these attacks. ANDY ADVANCES ON THE COMPETITION!
